I'm not your typical accountant. 

I’m creative at heart and passionate about personal growth. 

I write, and I coach. 

Here, I don’t want to bore you with analysis and numbers. Online, I show up with that more soulful side, hoping to help you on your own journey of growth. 

I’m tired of the games we get sucked into playing around our work life… 

They often feel rushed, shallow or empty. It’s exhausting, and it hurts to know we are out of alignment with our true selves and we aren’t reaching our potential. We are craving less, and something deeper, something more meaningful.

It's time for "The Meaning Path"…

First, more on my background:

I’ve been a leadership coach since 2020, mainly working with leaders to help them understand themselves, build courage, overcome obstacles, and push themselves to reach their highest potential, without burning out.

I’ve also been a Chartered Accountant for over 15 years, leading finance teams in wide range of industries and organisations in Australia and the UK.

I also started writing online in 2020, and you know what? 

I learned I LOVE writing! 

Who would have thought, an accountant loves writing! I’ve mainly written about mindset, meaning and purpose, self-mastery and wellbeing in work.

And my latest frontier?

Becoming a dad! I’m the proud father of two beautiful boys.

Where am I focusing my online creative efforts now?

The Meaning Path

I’ve been blogging online and writing a weekly newsletter since 2020.

But I was a bit all over the place, too many platforms and publishing commitments, trying to do too many things, and burning myself out.

It was time to:

DO LESS, BUT DIVE DEEPER.

I want to to build something awesome, but slowly. I'm in no rush. And that feels good.

I now focus on one newsletter, The Meaning Path:

Some founders stay invisible and hide.
Some founders clear their fear, show up and open doors.

Hey, I'm Christian. Nike alumni, former sportswear founder, and leadership coach turned storyteller. In the last decade, I saw both. I was part of the first group, too, for a while.

But I was hungry. I wanted to build a strong international network, make an impact, and express myself.

So I started.
I tried the “Just Do It” advice.
Even hired a LinkedIn coach.

But deep down, I was still insecure. The support I got didn't get to the root - my fear of what others think. And the underlying belief - I’m not good enough.

That changed in October 2018, during a 14-day Vipassana Meditation retreat and the following training in somatic work. I worked with my fear for the first time, realised how it shows up in the body, and learned how to release it.

After this experience, a huge weight fell off my shoulders.
So I started sharing my stories and reflections. Without trying to “build a brand,” fantastic opportunities showed up. Podcast invites, clients, mentors, and business partners.

Today, I work with founders to overcome the fear of what others think and show up authentically, without feeling salesy. The goal? To become a calm authority that naturally creates trust and credibility.

Together, we detect the emotional block, release it through somatic integration, and create a narrative that reflects who you truly are.

In my free time, you find me in a cafe sippin’ espresso and watching people (I love it), researching a new recipe based on functional medicine, or organising community events with my partner.

The benefit no one talks about in personal branding is how much it helps you grow as a human:

I remember so well the moment when I started to post and make videos. 

It was so hard.
It felt so cringe. 

And - like most people creating content online - I got quickly attached to reaching many followers. 

But then over time, something shifted. I realized that all I was doing and experiencing was a reflection of how I felt and who I am. 

So I started to take making videos of myself and showing up online as an opportunity to grow. 

The great thing about this angle: the numbers don’t matter. 

Facing your fear of what others think matters.

Meeting your worries about your reputation matters.

Acknowledging your weird feeling when you think about showing up matters.

Noticing the resistance towards “ I definitely don’t want to be that guy” matters.

Even the anxious sensation of constantly checking how many people liked my post matters. 

All inner experience is data - and fuel for your natural growth. 

Personal branding is the playground. 

Because the truth is, this is not about LinkedIn. This is not about making videos. 

This is much deeper. (And quite logically has to resolved there, not with tactics only) 

It you see it like that, you’ll get to know yourself more deeply. 

And that, I think, is the biggest reward of all.
