Barbara Hazlett served as the Director of Market Operations for Cushman & Wakefield Chicago and Global Headquarters. In this capacity, Ms. Hazlett was responsible for the operational functions and implementation of business strategies, overseeing operations, finances, employee relations, and facilities for the two Cushman & Wakefield Chicago offices with more than 600+ employees producing revenues in the excess of $100 million.

Ms. Hazlett was responsible for aligning Cushman & Wakefield's considerable resources to ensure client satisfaction and overall profitability in the firm's Chicago offices. Through strategic planning, she developed and implemented workplace initiatives and best practices to achieve these goals. 

In her 25 plus years with Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Hazlett has served in a number of roles before being promoted to Director of Operations. She was an active member of Cushman & Wakefield Women’s Integrated Network (WIN).  A native Chicagoan, Ms. Hazlett graduated from The University of Phoenix with a Masters in Business Administration.

•	Worked with local, regional and national leadership on revenue tracking and forecasting.
•	Assisted Branch Manager with broker business plans and performance.

•	Organized and led the national Commission Accountant support group to provide accountants across the country a unified platform and resource to help standardize and improve processes.
•	Worked with national leadership to organize and presented at the national Commission Accounting conferences held in NY.
