About Me

Many business owners are not prepared to hear the truth about why they are not experiencing the growth they had planned for, so there are a couple of things you should know about me. 

I am direct. Very direct. I am always seeking the truth, & should we have an initial discussion, this will most likely be one of the most honest conversations you will have had with a business colleague/associate. I will ask tough questions and only if I feel there is a fit, will we move the process forward. It must be right for you and me.

My approach is bold & unconventional. I take traditional prospecting myths and turn them on the head – this is what makes my approach highly effective.

My commute is 40 steps.

Out of the house, across the garden, into a small outbuilding where work happens (and then politely stays put).

It sounds like a convenience perk, but isn’t really.
It’s a design choice.

For a long time, I believed the usual story that running a business meant being permanently switched on, availability equaled commitment.

Balance was something you earned later (if at all).

Turns out that was all nonsense.

These days, I start at 9am and finish at 5pm.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not like I’m doing less, but this time… I’m doing it properly.

When work has boundaries, it becomes sharper.

Decisions get faster, and your energy stops leaking into evenings and weekends under the banner of ‘just one more thing’.

Working from home doesn’t mean always being on.
I’m just way more deliberate about when I am actually on.

Those 40 steps mark a boundary.
On one side: focus, clients, decisions.
On the other: life, rest, and the headspace that makes tomorrow’s work better.

I’ve learned the hard way that freedom doesn’t mean you never work. It means you designed a life where work fits in with how you actually want to live.

And sometimes that starts with a very short walk.
