I’m on a mission to change how we hire leaders in this country. Our employees and customers deserve to work with executives who are aligned on the values and the mission of the company, as well as being highly capable. 

The traditional hiring system is broken. Job boards and AI have created an unholy mess of the recruitment process and no one is winning. Candidates are anxious and over-applying, employers are drowning in applications and paralyzed by choice. 

At Y Scouts, we lead with purpose. We don’t advertise roles — we use our covert discovery process to handpick outstanding candidates for your leadership role. We obsess about 3 key characteristics:

If a candidate has all 3, they fit our Leadership Model and only then do we progress to assessing their experience and capabilities. We look for soft skills, culture alignment and an expectation of excellence.

My early career in recruiting started at Aerotek, one of the biggest aerospace recruiters in the country. A few years later, I started my own firm, Tru Path (formerly Job Brokers Inc.), a company that grew 100% year-over-year for eight years, scaling to $50 million in revenue. 

We hired over 50,000 people across many different industries. Churn was often high, and I realized that to drive real growth in a company's culture, you have to start at the top.

So in 2012, I co-founded Y Scouts, the world’s first purpose-driven executive search firm. We work with dozens of industries, from fashion to fitness, medicine to manufacturing. 

My philosophy is simple: hire like your business depends on it — because it does.

Atlantic Road Trip 

Co-owner and founder of the Atlantic Road Trip. Atlantic Road Trip is now in its forth year, starting in 2016, it is THE road trip of Northern Europe. Taking in scenery from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Denmark. As a road trip organiser we pride ourselves on taking our guests to the finest hotels and experiences, not to mention the main reason that our guests join us...the roads. The Atlantic road has gained a mythical status amongst drivers, this sinewy strip of road hops from island to Island in the region of in Møre og Romsdal in Norway. We also recently visited the Trolstigen which was featured on an episode of the 2019 Top Gear TV programme.

2020 was our 5th Anniversary - However the party has had to be postponed until 2021 due to Covid-19.

Team68 produce luxury travel and entertainment with our products The Atlantic Road Trip, our luxury Artic Adventures and this years Run to the Sun - Amsterdam to Ibiza.

Team68 started life as a team number from our trip on Gumball 3000 back in 2013 - today it has taken on a life of it's own. And since then we have travelled the world and met some of the planet's coolest people, all with a love for cars and road rallying.

I own SIXTY8ADVENTURE where we organize the BELOW ZERO - ICELAND WINTER EXPEDITION, THE ATLANTIC ROAD TRIP and the RUN FOR THE SUN road rally every year 🏁

We also host and create unique group trips to North Norway for “one of a kind” snowmobile trips and expeditions in the winter season #tailormade

I am always interested in connecting with people in the Luxury, Travel/Event, Automotive and Motorsport sectors. We have access to high-net-worth clientele so we are open to sponsorship opportunities with brands and businesses looking to market to this sector.

We have a well established following on Instagram and other social channels and with our guests that reaches into significant social reach.

Our experiences are open to anyone, but are pitched at the luxury end of the sector, we arrange for our guests to stay at 5 star hotels and have a unique and memorable time.
