My early career in recruiting started at Aerotek, one of the biggest aerospace recruiters in the country. A few years later, I started my own firm, Tru Path (formerly Job Brokers Inc.), a company that grew 100% year-over-year for eight years, scaling to $50 million in revenue. 

We hired over 50,000 people across many different industries. Churn was often high, and I realized that to drive real growth in a company's culture, you have to start at the top.

So in 2012, I co-founded Y Scouts, the world’s first purpose-driven executive search firm. We work with dozens of industries, from fashion to fitness, medicine to manufacturing.

We worked closely with Executive Leadership to understand their departmental and corporate needs as well as their unique culture to define accurate job descriptions and search parameters.  Our team created search plans using an extensive internal database, competitor company knowledge and research, and internet resources. We were successful in attracting, recruiting and qualifying active and passive candidates by counselling both the hiring managers and the candidate throughout the interview, offer and placement process.

In our Recruiting Division I led a team of Executive Recruiters focused in various niches all running full recruiting desks. I recruited executive candidates for client companies from start-ups to Fortune 500's using a vast network, latest sourcing technologies, traditional sourcing techniques, and our extensive database of high-caliber executives. 

As a Candidate Marketing Specialist, I worked with our expertly "packaged" Executives in transition, marketing them to a carefully selected list of target companies with the intent of securing interviews and opportunities.  Our Executive Placement Program had a success rate of 96.1% in 2009 despite the recession.  Over 98% of our Executives secured positions either at or above their previous compensation.

I am intuitive, thoughtful, creative, and determined - in my work and in my personal life.  

What I love about the work I do:

- Learning and listening - connecting with people to truly understand them so that we can form solutions together.

- Problem Solving - bring it on! I love exploring every possibility until my brain hurts. 

- Creating operational efficiencies - we can do more with less. Life is complicated enough. How can we simplify things? 

- Guiding and mentoring - there is nothing more rewarding than watching others grow and aim for their highest potential.  

Who I really am - beyond the resume

- My dear husband and I created the "Bailey Bunch" in 2013 as single parents of 2 kids each. In April of 2024 I lost my precious son Ethan, at 23 years old, to a rare and aggressive cancer.  When you lose a child (and in my case, a soulmate) EVERYTHING changes, and living life with true purpose and meaning becomes paramount. You become a warrior so that your child did not suffer and die in vain.

-For this reason, I am deeply passionate about making an impact on the heatlh and wellness of people and the planet, specifically focused on the current state of our toxic Western food system, and removing toxins from our environment.  I want to work with people and companies that are moving the needle towards a holistic health strategy for humans and this beautiful earth.

- To recenter, refresh my perspective, and find gratitude I spend as much time as I can in the wilderness, away from the noise of the world, with just a pack on my back.  

- My desire is to live to my fullest potential and seek truth and beauty in the world. I believe without a doubt that it is our purpose and obligation to strive for these values as humans.
