The ultimate goal of every SAP project is to provide users with the most ideal and efficient solutions for their daily work. Achieving this requires not only technical expertise but also a detailed understanding of the users' exact needs through user research.

The Evolution of SAP User Experience in one picture. 📉📈🚀

When I look at my projects over the last few years, I see companies in exactly three phases. And the gap between them is massive.

Let's look at the journey (see graphic):

1️⃣ YESTERDAY: The Era of Experts (SAP GUI) We all know them: The grey screens. If you wanted to work here, you had to learn transaction codes like vocabulary. VA01, ME21N, PA30. The system was powerful, but it demanded a lot from the user. High manual effort, zero mobility, purely function-oriented.

2️⃣ TODAY: The Standard for Modernity (SAP Fiori) This is where I currently operate with most of my clients. The shift from transactions to roles. The goal is no longer "enter data," but "get the job done." Fiori brings the SAP world to the smartphone and makes it intuitive. But let's be honest: Many companies are still in the middle of the transformation just to get their processes "Fiori-ready."

3️⃣ TOMORROW: The Paradigm Shift (SAP Joule & AI) The next stage is already knocking at the door. With SAP Joule, we are moving away from "clicking" towards "interacting." We no longer fill out filter masks. We ask: "Joule, show me all critical supply bottlenecks." The UI becomes invisible, proactive, and intelligent.

💡 My Take as a UX Designer: Many fear that AI will make the interface obsolete. I see it differently. For AI (Tomorrow) to work, processes and data (Today) must be structured cleanly.

Those who are still stuck in "Yesterday" (GUI chaos) will hardly manage the leap into "Tomorrow" (AI). The path inevitably leads through a clean UX strategy and Fiori.

Evolution of the SAP User Experience - from SAP GUI to SAP Fiori and finally to Joule

Familien Raum 

Ich leite den Familien Raum und gebe aktuell alle Kinder, Familien, Eltern und Mama-Kind Yoga Kurse selbst. 
Im Familiencoaching berate ich dich und deine Familie, wie ihr gemeinsam näher zusammenrückt und einen harmonischen und  bedürfnisorientierten Familienalltag bewältigen könnt.

Ich selbst liebe Events aller Art und deshalb bin ich gerne als Kindergeburtstagsplanerin unterwegs und richte die coolsten Kindergeburtstage aus zu den verschiedensten Themen (Piraten, Pferde, Einhörner, Eiskönigin, Paw Patrol etc).
Für deine Hochzeit oder großes Firmenevent (Sommerfest, Weihnachtsfeier, Jubiläum) organisiere ich dir gerne die Kinderbetreuung und bin dann am besonderen Tag vor Ort, um die Kinder zu betreuen, coole Aktionen mit ihnen durchzuführen und gemeinsam was zu erleben.

Ich bin seit 2018 ausgelernte Europa Erzieherin (Pädagogische Fachkraft mit interkulturellem Zusatzzertifikat für Sprachförderung und Sprachbildung im Elementarbereich für Kinder und deren Familien). 
Insgesamt spreche ich fünf Sprachen: deutsch, englisch, französisch, arabisch (ein bisschen), isländisch 
Die Sprachen helfen mir ungemein für interkulturelle Sprachförderung und/oder bilinguales Familiencoaching. 

In den letzten Jahren habe ich in den verschiedensten Kindertageseinrichtungen gearbeitet im Inland, sowie in England und Frankreich. 
Seit 2020 gebe ich interne Kita Schulungen für einen moderneren und aktuellen interkulturellen Umgang mit Kindern nicht-deutscher Herkunft und anderer Muttersprache. 
Durch meine zahlreichen interkulturellen Schulungen für mich und die gegebenen Schulungen bin ich auf dem Feld sehr breit und fachlich präsent aufgestellt. 
Bei diesen Schulungen kann es zum Beispiel darum gehen, die eigenen Kita Räume interkultureller zu gestalten, wie eine multilinguale Kommunikation mit Eltern funktionieren kann, die kein deutsch sprechen und wie man die eigne Haltung neu ausrichten kann für einen offeneren Blick auf die neuen Situationen im Kita Alltag. 

Ferner habe ich die Corona Lockdowns für mich genutzt, um mich weiterzubilden und habe eine umfangreiche Weiterbildung zur Kinder-und Familienyoga Lehrerin gemacht und eine Fortbildung für Entspannungsmassagen für Kinder besucht. 

Für das Familiencoaching nutze ich meine selbst entwickelte fünf- Säulen Basis, die wir dann individuell auf  die Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen in der Familie anwenden können. Die fünf Säulen bestehen aus: Kommunikation, Grenzen setzten, Gefühle erkennen und unterstützen, Rituale im Alltag, Achtsamkeit im Familienalltag.
