40 jeunes. 12 semaines. 1 mission : maîtriser le Growth Marketing.

Je reviens tout juste du Bénin, et je suis encore sur un nuage.

Ce qu'on vient d'accomplir avec Epitech Afrique dépasse tout ce que j'avais imaginé.

40 jeunes talents venus de secteurs complètement différents. Zéro background marketing pour certains. 

Et aujourd'hui ? Ils sont capables de construire une stratégie Growth de A à Z pour faire passer un business à l'échelle.

Toutes les étapes du funnel ont été approfondies.

Mais ce qui m'a le plus marqué, c'est leur sérieux. 
Leur curiosité. 
Leur envie d'apprendre et de bousculer les codes.

Certains ont mis en place des stratégies pendant la formation leur permettant de générer des salaires européens. Dans leur poche.

D'autres ont mis en place des campagnes payantes avec des ROAS à 1:10.

Le Bénin a du talent. Beaucoup de talent.
