What do I do? 
My job managing the editorial team is to weave the messages that are decided at the committee levels into everything we do. This creates visibility and helps drive the sustainability of the business. I work with management to plan the messaging in the company's publications. It has to be good. It has to be 100% factual. It has a cohesive look and sound that lives up to our promise of building trust. 
We are writers, editors, bloggers, podcasters and social media experts, scriptwriters and strategists. We communicate with stories to a wider audience from leading players in financial services to a broader Luxembourg-based audience (and beyond). It’s a serious business, but if we can make you laugh, those are the stories you won’t forget. I teach internally with my fine colleague @Luis Salerno. 
I love a good story. So do audiences. We capture attention by keeping it simple and stylish. We put story on a pedestal and let design, digital, SEO, user experience and media relations keep it there. 
Content marketing is Queen. What draws people in and grows that audience? We go to events, tweet, post, take notes, think of future articles and network. It’s never boring; there are too many areas of business here and new technologies and people, and goals and things to do.  
As Media Relations Senior Manager, I deal with the press. The team and myself write and edit content-driven articles, press releases, videos, reports and executive summaries to help build campaigns. When someone approaches us to write or edit a story, we ask, “Why”? We write about issues, challenges, new concepts, products, and business areas.  We love talking about Artificial Intelligence, robotics, our PwC Experience centre, tech trends, sustainable banking, Luxembourg, mobility digital insurance, upskilling and the work place of the future. 
We’ve done our work well when it supports and grows business. It’s a great job, but somebody has to do it.
