Since January 2023, I've been a freelance writer and editorial lead at Startup Guide, interviewing founders in Portuguese and English and working on stories aboutlocal startup ecosystems and entrepreneurial tips for travellers and startup founders alike.

As a content lead for MTC, I am responsible for As Content Lead, it's my responsibility to ensure a smooth process of all content projects for our clients and the agency. I guide the process for every content type from the outline to the final competition, corresponding with clients to gather the necessary information and coordinate deadlines.

I then moved on to become a freelance editorial manager, overlooking content production, liaising with freelance writers, and editing long form and social media content. I've been writing for online and print publications for over 12 years now. 

I started my writing career in the fashion and beauty industry, working for fashion and culture websites. I covered events like London Fashion Week and São Paulo Fashion Week, and interviewed artists, musicians, fashion designers, makeup artists, writers... From model Cara Delevigne to fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, from rapper Brooke Candy to photographer Miguel Rio Branco. 

That experience led me to a textile startup that aimed to bring more sustainability to the industry. I started as a freelance writer and was promoted to content manager in one year. In spite of my journalism background, my experience consists mostly of B2B start-ups and digital learning platforms. I also worked on several editorial projects in fashion (including luxury), beauty and lifestyle brands.
