It isn’t just my perspective gleaned over 25 years working as an underwriter and leader and producer in the insurance industry that influences the work I do with individuals and organizations today - it’s all of the experiences I've collected in my 46 years of life – and the experience we all have simply being human. You know I won't shy away from talking about it.

The project-based paid consulting work I do today includes: 
- Workshop facilitation for insurance carrier, technology, and agency sales teams, with a focus on relationship building in the hard market
- Design and production of insurance industry-specific women’s sales and leadership events
- Professional speaking for insurance industry events and conferences, including keynotes and panel moderation
- Creation and facilitation of strategic off-sites and retreats
- Private and small group coaching for sales, executive/leadership, and underwriting professionals
- Industry-specific research and writing for publication through print and online mediums

Remembering which filter needs changing when?
