And yeah... I get it.

I used to believe success meant staying later, pushing harder, & sacrificing everything for the number on the board. That a bigger paycheck, fancier title, & president's club would finally make me feel happy.

But instead, I burned out. HARD.

So I've spent the last 5+ years rethinking everything I thought I knew about success, sales, & the corporate ladder.

Now... I work with sellers who are doing really well on paper, but deeply, *existentially* exhausted. Who are wondering if & when it gets any easier. Who are at the top of the leaderboard & trying to figure out why they don't feel confident or proud.

I help those sellers on 3 things:

→ Tactical, client-centric, & deeply human sales strategies to make selling effective AND fulfilling
→ A mantra of "effort-LESS abundance" to figure out how to win more with less effort
→ The tools to regulate your nervous system & regain your life, hobbies, & ability to manage stress

The results tend to surprise people.

Overseeing comprehensive onboarding processes
Developing high-impact content for our Quarterly Business Reviews


Key Milestones & Achievements:

Sales Qualification Revamp: I successfully led a pivotal project to revamp our sales qualification methodology, introducing MEDDICC 2.0. In collaboration with the Revenue Operations team, this initiative has significantly enhanced our sales data capture process and accelerated deal progression.

Gong Optimization: I strategically refined our Gong usage, elevating its effectiveness and business value and solidifying our market positioning.

Utilizing my Salesforce, Highspot, Guru, and Google Suite expertise, I continually seek to optimize operations and augment team performance. My proficiency in these tools enables me to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our GTM strategies.

Leadership & Inclusivity:
Apart from my core responsibilities, I proudly lead the Black-Ink Employee Resource Group. This role is a testament to my dedication to fostering an inclusive and authentic workplace environment, particularly for our Black and mixed-race employees. Lead an enablement team of three across the US with a focus on mentorship and collaboration with the office of the CRO, the GTM Operations team, and the Business Value team.

Maintain a sales training curriculum that is highly effective and consumable by members of the sales team which includes the optimization of existing content and the creation of novel training materials. Own the outcomes of training programs by continually measuring program compliance, seller performance, and business impact of each program. Attend customer meetings and embed with go-to-market teams to develop a clear perspective on how to improve training programs.

The Sales Trainer is responsible for ensuring that targeted customer facing members of our sales organizations and channels can recommend the appropriate Apple solutions for each customers’ needs, and that they represent Apple culture in all aspects of the sale. The Sales Trainer will be required to use a variety of techniques, including classroom facilitation, webcasts/podcasts, presentations, hands-on labs, and self-directed learning materials to conduct training. The USCST will work to insure that the highest levels of customer experience, satisfaction, and integrity are being delivered on a continual basis.

You will manage the Apple business at the store level by working with store management and the retailers staff to maintain flawless merchandising, ensuring that Apple products are represented by trained and passionate staff assigned during open store hours, and analyzing sales results to help identify opportunities for the store.

Looked upon as a retail leader who models appropriate behaviors and challenges peers to get the most out of their roles and themselves while sharing their passion with customers.

A Guest Trainer exemplifies behaviors which set the standard for new and existing employees at Apple Retail beginning their journey at new store locations. Duties include managing the logistics if the training location while working with various project coordinators to ensure a successful training environment for all participants. Also, working closely with the store leadership team to align training needs with the overall vision of the store's market and ultimately deliver world class training to all team members while focusing on career growth and development.

Guest Trainer for Core

Dedicates 90% of role time to providing a consistent training experience for all team members with duties governed by Global Retail Training.  Focuses include providing an open learning environment where everyone can feel comfortable learning and growing within their role and providing specific feedback to nurture such an environment with the team while being receptive to feedback and adjust accordingly.  10% of role time is dedicated to being an Expert within Apple Retail and modeling behaviors which enhance learning within the store.

In-Store Guest Trainer

As a retail Specialist my focus was creating amazing experiences for customers at our flagship New York City Fifth Avenue location.  The duties including selling all products to end users and working with the visuals team to maintain a healthy shopping and discovery environment for all customers.

My duties include selling the Aviation Customer Care Program to Port Authority contracted companies and training these contracted companies and managing various amounts of paper work independently.  While working as the ACC Program Coordinator I have also assisted in the hiring of new agents for the Gateway Customer Service program.

My duties include Customer Service for incoming and outgoing customers of all airlines and facilities.  Customer Care Representatives are also responsible for supplying incoming customers transportation to their various destinations and being the eyes and ears of Port Authority at the airport facility.

As a first-generation Haitian-American and proud Brooklyn native (though I'll always represent where I grew up - Harlem), my unique background and experiences have shaped me personally and professionally. My roots have instilled a strong sense of resilience and an unwavering work ethic—values I apply daily as an Associate Director of Go-To-Market Enablement at Movable Ink. My passion for teaching is not just a job but a calling that allows me to help others unlock their potential, enabling them to excel in the fast-paced world of SaaS sales.

Reviewing Gong calls has revealed the critical importance of understanding behavioral psychology in sales, even though I've never formally studied it. This has been a stepping stone in my ongoing journey of professional development. I continuously seek out experts in the field to sharpen my skills and further my understanding.

As someone who lives by the principle of lifelong learning, I've embraced the challenge of mastering Haitian Creole. This isn't just a hobby; it's a means to deepen my connection with my Haitian heritage and broaden my communication skills in an increasingly globalized world. I continue to practice French, too. Learning enriches my life and fuels my ability to inspire those around me, reinforcing the belief that growth and adaptation are lifelong pursuits.
