I help DTC brands and info product owners build retention systems that drive predictable profit, not just top-line revenue.

I’ve worked with 40+ DTC brands and 4 coaches -  primarily using Klaviyo for email and retention, and Yotpo & Attentive for SMS - to do far more than just “send emails and texts.”

That starts with Customer Journey Mapping. 

Before touching any flows or campaigns, 

...I map the full lifecycle: from the first opt-in or ad click, through welcome flows, first purchases, post-purchase engagement, repurchase timing, churn windows, and winbacks.

I also run A/B tests that actually move revenue — not subject line fluff.

On the backend, I optimize what most marketers ignore:

✔ List cleaning + segment audits (unengaged, zombie, and high-risk cohorts)
✔ UGC-infused flows + CTR testing
