Leveraging large and niche public datasets, humanpredictions helps our clients find hidden tech talent with general and hard-to-find skillsets outside of LinkedIn, as well as their up-to-date skills, personal email addresses, and other background information.

Beyond being the largest, most robust, and accurate tech talent database, our algorithms predict tech talent events and movements, such as which engineers are most likely to switch jobs in the near future.
