As a Front Desk Agent, responsibilities included cash handling, check-ins and outs, customer service and entering guests requests. As an At Your Service Agent job duties consisted of answering all incoming phone calls from the back office, and ensuring that guests had answers to any questions. As a Runner, I did all deliveries to rooms for guest requests; towels, mini-fridges, roll-away beds, bathrobes, etc.

My name is Samantha Plauche (pla-shay), I have taken my experience in executive protection working with high-level CEOs and brought it into the leadership development space.
