Growing up, Melvin wanted to be an e-sport professional, supports Arsenal football club and now often playing tennis

Seeing how his mentor bought time with his family through investments, motivated him into the finance industry. 

Currently, Melvin leads a team of North Asia Relationship Managers and Acquisition Managers. 

Focusing on creating a sustainable and fun culture that people wish to be part of, he has build teams to #1 ranking within less than a year.

In Indonesia, he was the project manager for the bank's SME key strategic digital initiatives, formed partnerships with large tech companies and Indonesia's biggest business associations to drive new business.
