Not only it was a very complex large scale project, that it taught me a lot about management of projects, tasks and teams, which was a lot of what I was already doing these past few years, but also it showed me different cultures, and how to handle different people from different cultures throughout projects.

Ever since I was a kid. Little did I know it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be. 
So that’s when it all changed and my journey really began.

Hi, my name is Ely, and it all started in 2017..

I decided to leave a career of almost 10 years working for corporate.

I travelled all across the globe working for big time worldwide companies.

Perhaps you might know Jonhson & Johnson or MARS? 

Well, if you don’t know them, I’m 100% sure you consumed at least one of their products in your lifetime.

Either way, I was there as an IT Project Manager because I always loved tech.

But the problem was: I also loved entrepreneurship. And I’ve always had a natural talent for sales too - I loved selling stuff to my friends when I was a kid.

But my career in IT didn’t enable me to develop these skills much.

So that’s when I met Marketing. And it just clicked. So then, I planned to leave my job in 2017.

And that’s what I did. 

When I embarked this journey, I decided I wanted to combine two of my passions: marketing and tech, and it just made total sense.

Considering my background of 10+ years working with IT, I think it made me a good fit for that!

And so, I've been impacting consumers and companies worldwide ever since.

At Flogistix by Flowco, I lead the in-house creative team, collaborating across departments on brand strategy, campaign development, digital media, and creative execution for both the subsidiary brands and the parent company. I’ve aided in the development of Flowco's brand guidelines, elevated our digital presence, and driven cross-platform consistency through design, content, video, and animation.

I led the redesign of the Flogistix website and built the Flowco site from the ground up—streamlining SEO, content, and lead gen. I also launched collaborative initiatives like monthly Creative Workshops and a quarterly Marketing Report to improve alignment and transparency.

My role blends strategy and execution to unify brand, creative, and marketing for scalable growth.

As Head of Product and Creative, I defined the product vision, led pitch decks and business plans, and helped raise $500K in angel investment to build the company. I oversaw the full product roadmap and built cross-functional teams in design, development, and marketing—leading and managing UI/UX, QA, timelines, brand partnerships, and GTM efforts.

Collaborating with our design team, I established our Figma system and shaped the user experience from the ground up. While our launch slipped from six to ten months, we learned firsthand the cost of not focusing on a tight MVP or GTM alignment—lessons that sharpened my understanding of product prioritization and runway management.

At Moon Era Films, I lead a team of passionate creatives focused on telling emotionally resonant stories. I’ve written and directed three short films to date, while also contributing as a producer, actor, composer, and creative lead across each project.

Our first publicly submitted short has been selected for multiple festivals, including deadCenter Film Festival (Academy Award® Qualifier) and the Cannes Indie Shorts Awards, where we were named semifinalists.

Our most recent film, Dream House, explores themes of foster care, trauma, and healing—and aims to spark meaningful dialogue around resilience and hope. Dream House is currently undergoing its film festival submission strategy.

I led product design and development for Flux, Flogistix’s SCADA-based emissions monitoring platform, collaborating closely with engineering, stakeholders, and end users. I transitioned the design team from Adobe XD to Figma, streamlining our design system and dev handoff.

In addition to product work, I contributed at the executive level—developing brand and video content, and launching internal creative initiatives. This cross-functional work ultimately sparked my move into full-time creative and marketing leadership.

At Zero Gravity Labs, I led all creative, marketing, and operational efforts—driving Web3 strategy, building brand infrastructure, and managing launch timelines. I grew our Discord community to 20,000+ members in under four months, directed Web3 design/dev, and led a creative team that developed 100 original characters and began a companion novel series.

Though our vision aligned with real Web3 use cases, market instability in 2022 cut our runway short. Still, the experience sharpened my skills in brand storytelling, community building, and creative leadership in emerging tech.
