I’ve built and scaled multiple companies rooted in the Salesforce ecosystem and focused on solving the operational challenges that hold teams back. My background in staffing and my passion for building technology companies shaped how I lead — build for scale, move with pace, stay close to execution, and focus on what actually works.

Today, I lead Asymbl, The Workforce Orchestration Company. We help organizations design, manage, and scale hybrid workforces where humans and digital workers operate as one.

Our approach combines digital labor strategy to onboard digital workers, recruiting software to hire human workers, and deep platform expertise that connects it all across Salesforce, Slack, and the wider enterprise. That includes everything from intelligent agents and predictive systems to workflow automation and orchestration across applications.

Inside Asymbl, we run this model ourselves. Digital workers now operate across multiple functions of our business, working alongside our teams every day. We prove every innovation in our own operations before bringing it to customers.

We are adding two senior leaders to help steer the next stage.

The Vice President, People Operations will shape how our global workforce works and grows across the United States, India, Canada, and future international regions. This role sets the standard for how we design teams, support people, manage complexity, and create an environment where both human and digital workers can thrive. Ideally based in Austin, Texas.

The Vice President, Engineering is based in Jaipur, India and will guide the technical direction of our solutions. This leader will oversee architecture, development, QA, and DevOps, and partner closely across product and services to turn strategy into delivery. Deep Salesforce experience is required.

People think I started TryKitt.ai because I'm a big on "cold email"

The truth is I cut my teeth doing it for 10 years but I hated absolutely every second of it.

As a person with perfectionist tendencies, I got into the nitty gritty of deliverability because it drove me crazy not being able to test messaging effectively, because I didn't know if it was the message or something else.

And once I controlled everything I could control about deliverability, I realized something else -- that absolutely nothing technical comes close to having an irresistible offer.

So instead of having amazing infra to blast people 10 different messages in a sequence, I've had the opinion the right thing to do was to blast the same person 10 emails with the one/same/perfect message.

My startups so far have been growing 15% MOM but I see the growth slipping, so today I am going to do what I haven't done for 3 years... start list building.

And the anxiety has started.  I'm at the library.  Laptop is open.  Clay is loaded.  But instead of doing the thing, I'm writing this post 😭😭😭

Here's to hoping I get a win fast so I can get over this.

I was talking about "AI agents" in 2019 (my views were even in a Gartner report), now everyone is constantly telling me "oh yeah you predicted this!"

Last year I was saying that AI+code is going to be the no-code.  Everyone was like 'nahhhhhhh, I can do everything I want with n8n'.   

And now we're already starting to see people at Fernando Abolafio and 🦾Eric Nowoslawski promoting it as cheaper, faster and better.  T

This is happening folks!

I haven't paid a dollar to CRM + Marketing Automation + BI + Sequencer since starting my The Solo Capitalist venture studio 18 months ago.  I literally only have an AI + AWS bill.

Now, it's not totally the "end of Saas" (notice the post writer still used TryKitt.ai and some other services in his tool), but it is going to be the "shrinkage" of SaaS.

We're doing a company-wide GTM effort (e.g the 3 of us are doing it). Meaning, you get to have devs (me) messing around this.

In times of AI, If the CEO can code, the DEV can GTM. I call it justice.

So I did. Here's what happened:

✅ Import LinkedIn connections → CSV parser
✅ Company enrichment → GPT-4 .1 with web search
✅ Email finding → TryKitt.ai API integration
✅ Filtering system → Custom SQL queries
✅ Async processing → 10+ concurrent enrichments
✅ Caching → Database as cache (no Redis needed)
✅ UI → Streamlit dashboard
✅ CLI → Because terminal > clicking

The result?
Complete control over every enrichment step
Custom filters like "RevOps leaders at companies with complex sales"
Enriches 3 fields in 1 API call
Can add new enrichment logic in 5 minutes
Runs on a local SQLite DB that I just push to the repo. No deployment.

The catch?
Did I vibe-coded the hell out of it? oh yeah 
Will I maintain this code for the next 3y? Likely not. I hope not.
Is it fun? Absolutely.
Did I over-engineer this? Maybe 👀

But it works like a charm and it's powering our GTM stack.

But anyway, that's what happens when you let Devs get involved in GTM. Do not try this at home.
