After that, I ran my own solopreneur business for two years before I joined a Fintech company to run their Global Brands and Comms department.

I am now fortunate to work for Randstad Sourceright, the world's leading partner for talent, where I help our clients to develop  recruitment marketing strategies that connect them with the best talent in their industries.

Over the years, I lived in Switzerland and Australia before moving back to my hometown, Hamburg, where I enjoy time with friends and my daughter, a good game of football, or reading a great book.

"Why did you sell your business?"

I got asked this at least a dozen times at Manifest last week.

And honestly? I appreciate the curiosity. After fifteen years of building CS Recruiting, people want to know the WHY behind our big move.

So here's the real answer: I got tired of saying no.

For years, we've been the go-to partner for supply chain, logistics, and transportation hiring. That's our lane. We know it inside and out.

But every time a client needed a tech hire, an interim HR leader, industrial talent or an RPO solution, I had to send them somewhere else. It was the right thing to do. But it stung every time.

Now? We can actually say YES. To all of it and more.
