Here is what I have learned in all my years working in marketing: If one thing can make your brand more relatable to other humans, it's telling stories.

Hi, my name is Michael, and I am on a journey to help others make their marketing more human by telling authentic stories that help solve problems and inspire humans to connect with them.

This came after a nearly 20-year-long career with one of the largest recruitment companies in the world, where I held several marketing leadership roles.

After that, I ran my own solopreneur business for two years before I joined a Fintech company to run their Global Brands and Comms department.

I love sports (mainly watching them), am passionate about music (both listening and playing), am a dedicated fan of The Lord of the Rings world,  and find great relaxation in hiking mountains in South Tyrol which I call my happy place. 

Next to that, I am a professional with +20 years of experience in the corporate world as empathetic leader of and for great people who inspires and coaches them by creating a work environment where everyone can be truly and fully herself/himself and bring in their best, as project manager that delivers results on-time and in budget, as an experienced presenter who is comfortable speaking in front of big audiences and translates complex messages in an understanding way, and a team mate who is very experienced in communicating with different levels of the organization.
