Martin is on secondment from LNER, where he holds the position of Head of Analytics. At LNER, he has been instrumental in developing the analytics team from a single Excel spreadsheet to a robust analytics ecosystem. By incorporating advanced tools like Tableau and Alteryx, Martin has facilitated data-driven insights that serve nearly every department at LNER, ultimately leading to improved efficiency and innovation.

Prior to LNER, Martin gained valuable experience in franchise bidding as a consultant. He later joined Stagecoach Rail as the Head of Revenue, where he honed his expertise in driving revenue growth and overseeing strategic initiatives for the organization.
