Yesterday, > 1400 people watched Kenny Damian build an entire outbound campaign using Claude code.

He wrote a few prompts in the terminal, fed it a list of companies, and then...

Claude Code took over:

1. It scored and prioritised the entire company list against our ICP

2. It found verified email addresses through Apollo’s API

3. When Apollo didn’t have coverage, it automatically pulled in additional enrichment providers to fill the gaps

4. It wrote personalised copy templates on its own (based on our best-performing outreach)

5. Then it uploaded the entire campaign: leads, sequences, and copy... straight into Instantly.ai

It took fewer than 20 minutes.

My cold outreach process that generated 25,000+ leads in 2026

(and got us to $7m ARR with our agency)

1. Build a few relevant audience segments

There are some ‘easy’ targeting wins when you run cold outreach for the first time.

- Companies engaging with your brand
- Companies similar to your best clients
- Companies showing buying intent in your category


2. Map your total addressable market (TAM)

That is, every single company that fits your client criteria.

You can use B2B data sources like: Clay, Wiza & Prospeo to build your account lists according to your chosen criteria (company size, geography, industry)


3. Research your target accounts & segment them into tiers.

- Tier 1 should be your dream clients or perfect fits (similar to your best clients).
- Tier 2 should be good fit clients (similar to orgs you helped).
- Tier 3 should be orgs you believe you can help.

You can prompt AI models within Clay to tier/score accounts, or do it within Claude Code by creating a .md file that includes your scoring criteria to be compared against your account list. 

APIs or tools like PredictLeads, Common Room come very handy here as well.


4. Try reaching your entire TAM every 3-6 months

- For Tier 1 leads: mix manual AE outreach + multichannel engagement = phone (use Nooks) + LinkedIn + email.

Pro tip: make sure to write the first 25-50 messages manually. 
Do the unscalable at first; this is how you’ll uncover patterns you can scale later on.

- For Tier 2 leads: automate multichannel outreach with AI (use Clay + lemlist)

Pro tip: make sure every message is valuable, relevant + personalised to each recipient. Think: “what can I send to my prospect that’ll be helpful to him, even if they ignore me”

(Here I like to think of what’s the first thing I’d do if I were to sign them as clients, and I do it already… for free).

Example: Building a free ‘niche’ lead list for target accounts, with companies/people data of their ideal clients.

- For Tier 3 leads: engage leads at scale with a proper deliverability infrastructure (use Instantly.ai).

Use tier 3 leads as an experimental playground to test out various copywriting frameworks. (Let me know if you’d like to see some high-performing ones; we collected our own list.


5. Respond to positive replies asap.

The faster your replies = the higher your meeting rate.
More meetings = more sales.


6. A few bonus tips:

- The lead list // targeting is the most important element to succeed at cold outreach. Spend most of your time on list building.
- You’re interrupting people’s day whenever you’re reaching out cold. Keep that in mind, make it a ’nice’ interruption (not always possible, but try your best!)
- Implement a proper deliverability setup. The biggest killer of email outreach is messages that land in spam.
- Warm your target accounts. If you have budget, build a target list & run LinkedIn ads to them, so that they won’t be 100% cold when they receive your outreach.

It consistently books us 100+ meetings per month:

1. Our team publishes 150 posts per month

- 24 people publish LinkedIn content in our team
- We incentivise w/ competition & cash prizes
- We write around our prospects' pain points
- We use Taplio + Scripe to find inspiration
- We study hooks & visuals from outliers

↳ We’re launching a new competition for Q2 2026. The goal will be to get > 300 posts/mo.

2. We promote successful posts via Thought-Leader Ads

- This generates extra views at ~$40 CPM.
- We boost posts that generated meetings.
- We check who booked from these posts.
- We boost posts in front of this ICP.

↳ We also use LinkedIn Ads to pre-warm accounts for outbound. Thus, all channels work together.

3. We re-engage leads that interacted with our ads, site or content.

- On the site: we use Midbound & Vector 👻 for website de-anonymization.
- On LinkedIn: we use tools like Trigify.io & Jungler to catch social interactions.

4. We route all qualified leads to a Clay table.

5. These leads are scored/segmented & tiered.

- Claygent does ‘advanced’ inbound research.
- LLMs prompts segment leads into tiers

- Tier 1 leads = manual outreach
- Tier 2 leads = multichannel outreach
- Tier 3 leads = automated email outreach

6. We enrich valid emails & phone numbers for prospects.

- Wiza, FullEnrich, LeadMagic & Prospeo find us contact data.
- These enrichments are performed inside Clay.

7. We re-engage leads via 1 or several channels, depending on tiering.

- We use Instantly.ai, lemlist, Expandi or Nooks for sales engagement.
- We try our best to send valuable, relevant messages.

8. This workflow booked us 1,500 meetings last year.

- We’ll probably beat that in 2026.
- This allowed us to reach $7,000,000 ARR and 36+ FTEs
- Clients are closing 6-figure deals within 90 days, running the same workflow.

300+ hours testing Claude Code vs. Cursor to run our GTM...

Here’s my 'final' vibe marketing stack at $7M ARR:

1. Conductor (free)
- My go-to interface to run Claude Code & Codex's latest models.
- UI is much nicer than a terminal + it lets you effortlessly toggle between Codex & Claude Code.


2. Claude Code ($100/mo)
My central hub for all API & MCP calls.

We leverage it for lots of GTM activities, beyond outbound:

→ Creating mini-tools for lead generation.
→ Data scraping + enrichment workflows.
→ Deep SEO analysis via Google Analytics MCP.
→ Entire ad campaign + outbound campaigns creation.
→ List building through Wiza, Prospeo, FullEnrich & Exa's APIs.

3. OpenAI Codex ($20/mo)
I barely touch it, honestly.

Mostly for the occasional build that Opus couldn’t crack.

It plugs natively into Conductor, so maintaining access at $20/mo is an easy call.


4. Cursor ($60/mo)
- I began with Cursor. Loved the UI, so I was running Claude Code inside it.
- I used it to design/build some really sharp landing pages.

...but Conductor now covers everything I need with both Claude Code & Codex baked in, with an even slicker UI so… I'm cancelling Cursor.


5. Vercel
- We host all our mini-apps & our site here.


6. GitHub


7. Lovable
- Relied on it early for prototyping & our first mini-tools.
- Solid starting point, but CC is simply stronger for what we’re doing.

APIs (where it gets interesting)

Claude Code is an incredibly handy way to orchestrate API calls.

No need to grasp how APIs function; you just feed it your platform’s API documentation, and it sorts out the connection by itself.

Here are some GTM APIs I wire into it:

- PredictLeads: Company intelligence data (covering hiring signals, tech stacks, and funding details).

Example use case: Calling its API from Claude to reveal target companies’ tech stacks.

- Exa: Generates lead lists in natural language.

Example use case: Call its API to “Find Series A fintech companies in Europe”.

- LeadsFactory: “Find people API”

Example use case: Leveraging it within CC to locate people by job title, given a list of domain URLs // LinkedIn company URLs.

- Google Analytics MCP: This produced one of the most insightful custom SEO reports I’ve come across. It surfaced gaps we had overlooked for months in a matter of minutes.

- Apify to tap into custom scraping actors.

- Openmart: Local B2B database.

Une carte surprenante de l’économie allemande.
Quand on regarde la capitalisation boursière des entreprises par ville en Allemagne, certains noms surprennent.

La ville de Bonn d’abord (330.000 habitants), souvent associée à son passé d’ancienne capitale, apparaît parmi les villes qui concentrent le plus de capital en Allemagne. 

Attention, on ne parle pas des grands groupes privés mais de ceux côtés en Bourse.

Pourquoi Bonn ?

Parce qu’elle abrite les sièges de deux géants mondiaux :
- Deutsche Telekom
- Le groupe DHL

Bonn est également le siège d’entreprises comme Birkenstock (côté à la bourse de NY) ou Haribo (qui lui est un groupe privéet n’influence pas cette carte)

Puis des villes comme Essen, Leverkusen ou Walldorf.

Des villes que beaucoup d’étrangers connaissent à peine (sauf peut-être s’ils suivent le football allemand)

Et pourtant, elles concentrent des centaines de milliards d’euros de capitalisation boursière.

-> RWE, E.ON et Evonik à Essen
-> Bayer à Leverkusen
-> SAP à Walldorf, une ville de…16 000 habitants

Et c’est là que l’Allemagne surprend

Contrairement à la France, son économie est extrêmement décentralisée.

En France, la puissance économique est largement concentrée dans une seule ville : Paris.

En Allemagne, elle est répartie dans tout le pays :

◽Munich → BMW, Allianz, Siemens
◽Herzogenaurach → Adidas, Puma
◽Stuttgart → Mercedes-Benz, Porsche
◽Wolfsburg → Volkswagen
◽Ludwigshafen → BASF
◽Bonn → Deutsche Telekom, DHL

Des villes moyennes voir très petites abritent parfois des groupes mondiaux côtés en bourse.

Si on pense à Berlin pour l’univers des Startups (à juste raison), la réalité économique allemande se concentre sur 4 régions principales:

- le Bade-Wurtemberg
- la Bavière
- la Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie (NRW)
- la Hesse (région de Francfort)

Si la France est une économie très centralisée autour de Paris,
l’Allemagne fonctionne plutôt comme un réseau de pôles économiques régionaux.

Et c’est souvent dans ces villes moins visibles que se prennent les vraies décisions économiques.

Une ville comme Bonn concentre aujourd’hui plus de capital que de nombreuses grandes métropoles européennes. Pas mal pour une ancienne capitale “provinciale”

Mon premier vrai prof d'Allemand c'était lui. Un acteur un peu has been. 

Quand je suis arrivé en Allemagne à 20 ans, je me suis rendu compte que la meilleure façon d'améliorer non niveau était de louer des DVD au vidéo club d'en bas de chez moi. C'est comme ça que j'ai découvert les "feel good movies" à l'Allemande. 

Des comédies ou des petits dramas où ça se termine en général plutôt bien pour les protagonistes. 

Et très souvent, ils avaient un point commun : Til Schweiger.

En Allemagne, il peut être critiqué. Mais pour beaucoup d'étrangers il a été une porte d’entrée vers la pop culture allemande des années 2000.

Ses films sont simples, chaleureux, remplis d'émotions, et surtout faciles à suivre quand on apprend la langue.

Quelques classiques :

 🎞Honig im Kopf
 🎞Männerherzen

Ce n’est pas du grand cinéma d’auteur complexe.

Mais ils créent tous une atmosphère très reconnaissable.

Quand on regarde plusieurs de ses films, on remarque vite une signature visuelle : une lumière chaude, des couleurs douces, une photographie très “feel-good”: on reconnaît presque immédiatement un film de Til Schweiger.

Til Schweiger a même fondé sa propre société de production, Barefoot Films, qui produit une grande partie de ses films.

Même si les scénarios sont parfois simples, l’ambiance est travaillée et c’est justement ce qui rend ces films agréables à regarder.

À l’époque, pour moi, c’était aussi une manière de découvrir l’Allemagne autrement : Berlin, les relations, l’humour allemand (oui oui !), la musique, la vie quotidienne...

Même sans comprendre chaque mot, on pouvait suivre l’histoire.

Et pour quelqu’un qui apprend une langue, c’est exactement ce qu’il faut.

Alors oui, vos amis allemands lèveront sûrement les yeux au ciel quand vous leur parlerez de Til Schweiger.

Mais pour moi, ses films resteront toujours une petite porte d’entrée vers la langue et la culture allemandes à mon arrivée. 

Et parfois, c’est tout ce qu’on demande à un film.

 Et vous : quel film vous a donné envie de découvrir un pays ou une langue ?

Recruter en Allemagne avec les mêmes critères qu'en France, c’est le meilleur moyen de se planter.

J'ai identifié 3 biais typiquement franco-français qui plombent les recrutements en Allemagne. Et je les vois revenir souvent. 

Biais n°1 : La grande école

C'est un réflexe français. Et il faut l'oublier Outre-Rin. 

En Allemagne, les grandes écoles de commerce n'existent pas. Il y a les université + des "Hochschulen et elles ont toutes à peu près la même cote. 

Personne ne recrute en regardant le nom de l'établissement sur le CV.

J'ai placé des commerciaux avec des salaires à six chiffres qui avaient à peine un BTS en poche. Parce qu'ils étaient bons. Pas parce qu'ils sortaient d'une école prestigieuse.

Sur un poste de sales, l'école n'a aucune importance. Le chiffre d'affaire généré, si.

Biais n°2 : La grille salariale

On va pas se mentir. Beaucoup d'entreprises françaises font la grimace quand elles découvrent la réalité du marché allemand.

Les candidats sont plus rares, moins enclins au changement et peu portés sur la prise de risque. Ajoutez à ça des salaires structurellement plus élevés qu'en France et le budget prend cher.

Toutes les boîtes n'ont pas les reins assez solides pour suivre. Et celles qui essaient de "s'adapter à la baisse" perdent les bons candidats au profit des concurrents locaux. 

La grille salariale est évidemment utile, mais seulement si elle respecte les réalités locales.

Biais n°3 : Vouloir un "vrai" Allemand

Comprendre : un Hans, Franz ou Thorsten, qui à grandit en pantacourt avec des bretelles. 

L'Allemagne est un pays avec une forte population aux origines diverses. 

Des personnes qui ont grandit dans le pays, parlent évidemment allemand, mais aussi souvent deux ou trois langues en plus. Et qui ont assimilé les codes culturels du pays aussi bien que n'importe quel autre allemand. 

Autre idée pour les employeurs: il a aussi des étrangers qui y sont arrivé plus tard, parfaitement intégrés, avec un niveau d'allemand quasi natif. Ils sont Français (coucou), chinois, Italiens, Ukrainiens, Indiens... 

Donc non, vous n'avez pas forcément besoin d'un Allemand Allemand. 

Vous avez besoin de quelqu'un qui comprenne le marché et parle la langue. 
Ce n'est pas la même chose.

Un profil commercial avec 5 employeurs en 12 ans. Red flag ?
Avant j'aurais sûrement dit oui. Aujourd'hui, pas forcément. Voici pourquoi:

Encore trop de recruteurs voient "2 ans de boîte" sur un CV et pensent : instabilité, caprice, manque de loyauté. 

j'ai souvent vu des candidats écartés parce qu'ils n'avaient pas fait leurs 4-5  ans dans la même boîte.

Mais pour les profils commerciaux, deux ans c'est exactement le temps qu'il faut pour accomplir la mission.

Prenons un exemple concret : un commercial qui va lancer le marché allemand, un “market opener”:

Sa mission ? 

→ Signer les premiers clients 
→ Adapter le pitch et les contrats au marché local 
→ Structurer les process d’acquisition 
→ Recruter une petite équipe commerciale 
→ Poser les bases d'une croissance durable

18 à 36 mois pour livrer tout ça, ce n'est pas impossible. c'est même la norme pour certaines entreprises.

J'ai vu des profils faire passer un marché de 0€ à plusieurs millions de CA en 2 ans. Rarement en beaucoup mois de temps. Mais jamais en 10 ans non plus.

Le problème, c'est que le rôle change après cette phase.

Au début : il faut construire, convaincre, ouvrir, recruter → C’est la phase de “build” 

Après 2-3 ans : gérer le quotidien, optimiser, rassurer → c’est la phase de “run”

Certains adorent la routine. D'autres sont câblés pour la création. Quand la mission est terminée, ils partent. Pas par instabilité mais parce que leur valeur est dans le "build", pas dans le "run".

En entretien, si un candidat me dit: 

- "On m'a recruté pour ouvrir le marché. Il est ouvert." Ou bien 
- "On m'a demandé de structurer une équipe. Elle est en place." Ou encore 
- "On visait la rentabilité. Elle est atteinte." 

Je vois pas pourquoi je l’éliminerais.

Le CV montre des dates. Il ne montre pas tous les cycles.

Alors la bonne question n'est pas "Pourquoi est-il parti si vite ?" C'est "sa mission était-elle terminée ?"

Les profils commerciaux les plus ambitieux auront 10, 12, 15 employeurs à la fin de leur carrière. Pas parce qu'ils fuient mais parce qu'ils livrent du concret, et passent à la suite.

Vous recrutez plutôt des gestionnaires ou des bâtisseurs pour vos équipes de vente ?

Parmi mes vies passées, il y en a une qui fait souvent lever les sourcils: mon passage au lycée militaire d'Aix-en-Provence.

À 18 ans, bac en poche, des années de centre de formation de foot derrière moi, et toujours pas la moindre idée de ce que je voulais faire.

Ce qui m'a convaincu de tenter la prépa militaire ? Une logique qui me semblait alors imparable à l’époque : 

-> Beaucoup de sport (ou j'avais avantage compétitif présumé)

->Une appétence pour les études classiques 

-> Un cadre exigeant qui me forcerait à me bouger

-> Partir à l'aventure loin de chez moi, au soleil

C’est comme ca que j'ai été accepté au lycée militaire  d'Aix. 

Première chose à savoir : c'est pas vraiment l'armée.

On fait de la philo, de l'histoire, des maths, de la géo, des langues. Comme en prépa classique. La journée, c'est surtout ça.

Mais on est dans un cadre militaire strict. Uniformes, levées de drapeau, lit au carré, corvées de ménage, chansons à la gloire des aïeux, et beaucoup (vraiment beaucoup) de sport.

L'objectif affiché : deux ans de prépa pour intégrer Saint-Cyr, à Coëtquidan. 

La semaine, c’était les études, les entrainements, les devoirs du soir, les corvées en tous genre. 

Le weekend; on avait le droit à une petite sortie. En petit groupe discret de 20-25, la boule à zéro, et une furieuse envie de descendre quelques pintes.

On était 4 par chambre. Et à 4 dans une chambre à 18 ans, on apprend vite à ne pas se raconter d'histoires. On venait de partout : banlieues chics parisiennes, Alsace, Bretagne, Guadeloupe, Tahiti. Des mecs qu’on auraient sûrement jamais croisé sur sa route dans un autre contexte. Et pourtant, on es tous devenus très copain. Hein Aymeric Darchy ?!

malgré ma bonne volonté et des aptitudes physiques évidentes, je suis parti au bout d'un an.

Non pas parce que c'était trop dur. 

Mais parce que mon caractère un peu allergique à l'autorité a eu raison d'une carrière qui n’aurait sûrement pas été loin, là où votre métier consiste à obéir sans broncher. 

Ma soif de voyages et d’horizons lointains aura repris le dessus.

Ce que j'y ai appris, et que je n'oublierai pas :

-> La discipline: pas celle qu'on s'impose quand ça nous arrange, la vraie. 

-> La responsabilité collective: si un mec de ta section merde, c'est toute la section qui paie. On apprend vite à se serrer les coudes, et à ne pas laisser tomber un coburne (oui, l'armée est poétique).

-> Se remettre en question: à 18 ans, loin de chez soi, sans visage familier, c'est formateur. Parfois douloureux. Toujours utile.

-> Que les personnes les plus résistantes sont rarement celles au physique le plus imposant.

-> Et que les plats de la cantine méritaient vraiment d'être améliorés

Aucun regret. C'était une aventure à part, intense et formatrice. 

On est aujourd'hui nombreux "lâchés dans la nature" avec un boulot dans le civil, et je pense qu'aucun d'entre nous n'a oublié ces années. 

Et oui: c'est la moi sur la photo!

Chic à la corniche, chic à Aix !

Il y a un critère encore trop sous-coté lorsqu'on sélectionne un candidat

Ça ne se lit ni sur le CV ni dans les références. Et pourtant c'est souvent ce qui fait la différence entre deux candidats au niveau équivalent.

-> Est-ce qu’ on a envie de bosser avec cette personne ?

Quand on reçoit régulièrement de très bons profils en entretien (bon track record, bonne expérience, bonnes références) la question technique est vite réglée. Ce qui reste, c'est le reste.

Est-ce que cette personne écoute, ou attend juste son tour pour parler ?

Est-ce qu'elle prend sa part de responsabilité, ou elle a toujours une bonne raison pour expliquer pourquoi ça n'était pas de sa faute ? 

Est-ce qu'on peut la coacher, ou est-ce qu'elle sait déjà tout ?

Il y a un tout concept à ce sujet dans le monde anglo-saxon : Don't be a D.I.C.K

Traduction libre : ne sois pas un conn#rd !

l’idée générale derrière ce concept:

→ Réfléchir à l'impact de ses actions et de ses paroles sur autrui avant d'agir.
→ Faire preuve de collaboration
→ Assumez ses erreurs
→ Éviter de s’attribuer le mérite du travail d'autrui
→ Gérez son stress : savoir quand est-ce qu’on a merdé lorsqu’on était sous pression
→ Etre cohérent dans son travail

Des thèmes basiques mais qui ne sont pas si évident au quotidien.

Il y a des candidats avec ces pattern négatifs: arrogants, intimidateurs, champions de la politique de bureau ou ceux qui savent tout mieux que tout le monde.

Ces comportements, en entretien, se voient. Pas toujours au premier rendez-vous. Mais ils finissent toujours par apparaître.

Et mon boulot c'est aussi de les repérer avant que mon ne client les découvre.

Un bon candidat qui est un enfer à manager, ça coûte cher. En temps, en énergie, en turnover.

Un candidat légèrement moins fort, mais facile à embarquer, loyal, et qui fait grandir ceux qui l'entourent ? Sur le long terme, c'est lui qui fera gagner l'entreprise. 

"Being easy to work with", c'est le concept, et c’est encore trop sous-coté. Et pourtant c'est souvent la vraie différence entre quelqu'un qui dure et quelqu'un qu'on va pousser vers la sortie ou qui fera fuir les autres.

Vous avez déjà recruté quelqu'un de brillant qui était compliqué à côtoyer ?

Warum ich- und nicht eine Agentur, die bereits seit Jahren zum Inventar gehört?

Eine faire Frage, die mir jeder potenzielle Kunde in Deutschland früher oder später stellt…Und die ich mir zu Beginn auch selbst gestellt habe.

Ich bin kein klassischer Ansprechpartner für den deutschen Markt. Franzose, der aus dem Nichts auftaucht, mit einem Akzent, den man am Telefon nicht verstecken kann.

Und trotzdem funktioniert es. Hier ist warum:

Ich bin keine Agentur. Ich bin Einzelkämpfer: und das ist mein größter Vorteil.
Ich nehme nie mehr als zwei oder drei Mandate gleichzeitig an. Bewusst. Weil meine eigentliche Waffe keine Datenbank oder keine KI Trick ist.

Es ist: Zeit.

Zeit, um Kandidaten wirklich kennenzulernen. Ihre Ambitionen. Ihre Zweifel. Warum sie wechseln wollen oder warum (noch) nicht.

Ich bin per WhatsApp erreichbar. Per Mail. Per Telefon. Täglich, wenn nötig. Nicht weil ich es muss sondern weil es funktioniert.

Zeit ist genau das, was mir ermöglicht, die besten Kandidaten zu finden und sie schließlich zu überzeugen. Nicht diejenigen, die bereits in allen deutschen Lebenslaufdatenbanken stehen. Sondern diejenigen, die zwar nicht aktiv nach einem Job suchen, aber reagieren, wenn die Stelle vielversprechend ist.

Denn in Deutschland ist das die eigentliche Herausforderung beim Recruiting: Einen guten Kandidaten zu finden ist schon mal schwer. Ihn zu überzeugen, ist noch schwerer.

Ein Top-Kandidat in Deutschland hat 3 bis 4 Optionen auf dem Tisch. Er wartet nicht. Er entscheidet sich für den Arbeitgeber (oder den Recruiter) dem er vertraut.

Dieses Vertrauen baut man nicht mit einem Standardanruf auf. Nicht mit einer automatischen E-Mail. Nicht mit einer Agentur, deren Partnervertrag seit Jahren automatisch verlängert wird, ohne je wirklich hinterfragt worden zu sein.

Man baut es auf, indem man zuhört. Nachfragt. Präsent ist.

Das ist mein Job. Und ja, mein französischer Akzent am Telefon bleibt dabei manchmal eine Herausforderung. Aber das ist eine andere Geschichte :)
