In deze functie was ik verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van 7 verkopers in het groot zakelijk & MKB segment. 

- Opstellen van marketing plannen om op een efficiënte wijze klanten te behouden en churn te reduceren
- Opstellen & Implementeren van retentie beleid
- Vertalen van beleid naar team van verkopers &  Strategisch Management Team. 

Het team bestond voornamelijk uit commerciële starters op de arbeidsmarkt. Daarom ook veel aandacht besteed aan persoonlijke ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de individuele teamleden. 
Resultaat: Succesvolle churn reductie van 23% naar 17%.
