BG Consulting provide development solutions for the finance sector. The training courses cover a wide variety of disciplines across capital markets, cash and derivative products, corporate finance, accounting and financial analysis, and credit. 

I managed multiple client accounts and was responsible for managing the logistics of international training workshops and large graduate training programmes. I oversaw all aspects of the online training including setup, course support and delivery of test results to clients.  I invigilated client exams for up to 40 delegates, including the collation and feedback of results.

The Association of Colleges is the national voice for colleges and exists to promote and support their interests. 

AoC Create deliver conferences, training, recruitment and consultancy support to college professionals. 

My role within AoC Create was varied and spanned different specialist areas including consultancy, training, seminars, further education (FE) inspection services and a small amount of recruitment.

I was responsible for sourcing consultants with an FE background and place them to deliver onsite training and consultancy in nationwide colleges. 

Put together a marketing campaign for a range of financial seminars. Liaising with speakers from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the workshops delivered financial updates to FE college finance employees. The workshops ran in multiple locations nationally.
