On a ajouté les tags de vos commandes Shopify directement dans Baback. VIP, précommande, wholesale : tout est visible dès l'ouverture du retour.

Avant, il fallait ouvrir Shopify à côté pour retrouver le contexte d'une commande. Un onglet de plus, à chaque retour.

Un petit ajout, mais un aller-retour en moins à chaque fois.

NOUVEAU : Baback Tracking supporte BPOST

On a ajouté le transporteur belge Bpost. Les statuts remontent en temps réel et les clients reçoivent les notifications habituelles, comme avec les autres transporteurs.

NOUVEAU : Relance automatique pour les colis non déposés.

Un client a généré son étiquette de retour il y a une semaine, mais le colis n'a toujours pas bougé. Sans relance, le parcours retour s'arrête là.

Baback envoie maintenant un email automatique 6 jours après la génération de l'étiquette, si le colis n'a pas été déposé. Un seul envoi, au bon moment.

Une continuité dans l'accompagnement client, et moins de retours qui restent en suspens.

Jusqu'ici, quand un logisticien voulait montrer l'état d'un retour à l'équipe e-commerce, c'était un email avec des pièces jointes. Maintenant il photographie le produit et le partage directement dans la demande de retour. Preuve visuelle, historique traçable, zéro aller-retour.

Feature : Historique emails dans Baback Tracking.

Quels mails ont été envoyés au client ? On peut maintenant le savoir exactement. Chaque email de tracking est sauvegardé tel quel au moment de l'envoi. Pas une reconstitution à partir du template actuel, le vrai mail, celui qui est arrivé dans sa boîte.
