Part of what I do at Revenu is cloning our Head of Google. 

You see, Jimmy is a handsome ray of sunshine and a Google Ads powerhouse. But there's only one of Jimmy, while Revenu clients running Google Ads outnumber him by a double-digit factor. (And growing.)

So, you can't really expect the brainiest Google Ads person in the whole company to look at all clients at all times without cloning him... or can you?

Well, you can't clone Jimmy. (Sorry to disappoint.)

But you can get his thought process and past templates and automate the manual 90% by scripts, automations, and AI. 

Which means Jimmy can come in at the "last mile" and make decisions immediately instead of having to shuffle spreadsheets for hours before there's anything to make a decision about.

Below is an example of a report that used to take him hours to do manually. 

With a relatively simple automation, the report is ready for a human review in minutes. This isn't even the most sophisticated one we'd done, but it blows through 500+ active keywords in 19 campaigns in 2 minutes.

All we needed: go in with preliminary verdicts, make decisions based on what the automation flagged, action them in Google Ads.

A full day's work, now a 40-minute task. That's including the time it takes to write up the hand-off message and re-assign the task.

It's the most fun I've had at work since that time I got carried away and destroyed the CFO point-blank in a paintball match many years ago.
