Many workplaces struggle to create cultures where everyone feels valued, and are able to be themselves. 
The result is often disengagement and/or burnout. 

Leadership and managers have a key role to play in creating these psychologically safe environments as well as providing employees with on going stigma free support. 

I help companies  by delivering transformative interactive workshops, keynote talks, and consulting tailored to building inclusive, thriving workplaces.
I also support in setting up/supporting ERGs using my expertise in growing employee networks; having founded 3 (now thriving) employee networks at Sky; and supporting England & Cricket Wales Cricket board on creating 5 networks across the game. 

With over a decade of experience driving change and leading inclusion and mental health programmes, and having delivered workshops and talks to a range of industries, with 100% positive feedback I am super confident in my ability to connect with new audiences.

I am a professional speaker, at Sky my role included internal and external comms rep , via which I spoke at the House of Lords on gender equality, and interviewed industry leaders including Caitlin Moran and Rob Webb for company wide events. 

My deep EDI expertise together with a skill for storytelling and media/communication experiences enables me to engage and inspire a wide range of people. 

Whether it is Inclusive Leadership sessions with the C-suite and middle managers, or company wide sessions to foster a culture of belonging & self care through reflection and development - I tailor each and every session to the company and team. 

Each session does have one thing in common- inspiration and heart. 
I believe we can all grow and contribute to a thriving more inclusive society, and this must come from the heart - only then can we make lasting change. 

My sessions are grounded in neuroscience using immersive experience and storytelling to ground learning.

My passion stems from my own journey of trying to fit into others’ definitions of success. 
Breaking free from this and building communities transformed my confidence, and I’ve seen how it unlocks potential in others.
