•	Responsible for guiding crew and staff (30 employees) in achieving the goals and ambitions of the tours and events.
•	Oversaw all the operations and practices of the event as a whole and ensure that all processes are working in proper manner.
•	Slushed the event’s variable costs by 38% (to £12500), by introducing new partnerships and improving backward integration of operations.
•	Increased revenues by 25% (to £48000) as new revenues channels were introduced through merchandise and sharing-revenue agreements with various venues.

FRINGE Metaverse Fashion Week Experience started as a one off LFW RTW presentation in September 2022 for our NEWGEN Designer Colin Horgan. 

Founder Aileen has produced and managed over 20 years of 'on schedule' LFW, PFW, MFW catwalk and showroom presentations. The adaptation and duality of this IRL format to the Metaverse and WEB3 is a natural progression.

Created in February 2023 FRINGE Fashion Week Metaverse Experience is an exclusive Fashion Week event created and programmed by Asset Haus on Spatial and other Virtual Worlds.

FRINGE presents ‘on-schedule’ and 'off-schedule' multi Fashion Week presentations for a host of NewGen and established designers in the Metaverse. The parallel platform enables designers to reach a wider audience during Fashion Week while debuting and promoting their RTW collections and inspiration. FRINGE supports IRL and Digital Fashion designers enabling them to use the Metaverse as an additional social, cultural and retail platform to articulate their brand and creative process. Brands want to explore the Metaverse at a pace that they can manage. We introduce the format and then enable them to apply web3 activations to their brand campaigns.
In addition we invite and support Fashion Creatives to showcase their work in our Asset Haus virtual gallery.
Exhibitions include Fashion Photographer Luke Nugent AI influenced work and his more recent creative direction at Levis and NYFW.
We have worked with incredible collaborators including Kadine James at The Immersive Kind virtual Gallery.

In January 2020 Aileen and the SKMMP team were selected for the inaugural StartupBootcamp FashionTech Milan - one of 11 Global Fashtech startups selected. An intensive accelerator propelling digital disruption coupled with the emergence of COVID and offline crisis within the Luxury Fashion industry. Milan is home to some of the biggest Luxury Fashion Houses. The program partners include PRADA, Valentino, Moschino, Armani, MICAM, Altagama, Accenture, Stone Island, Sopra Steria. In December 2020 Accenture Milano Aileen premiered the SKMMP Voice AI SMART Showroom combining 3D asset display and content for Buyers.
 
Prior to founding SKMMP Aileen held several senior roles as  Director of Wholesale Commercial for luxury Brands and NewGen Designers. She has launched Designer collections at LFW, PFW and MFW.
