•	Oversaw all the operations and practices of the event as a whole and ensure that all processes are working in proper manner.
•	Slushed the event’s variable costs by 38% (to £12500), by introducing new partnerships and improving backward integration of operations.
•	Increased revenues by 25% (to £48000) as new revenues channels were introduced through merchandise and sharing-revenue agreements with various venues.
