Siemens acquired Senseye back in June 2022, with the legal integration completing April 2023.

Key achievements:

Helping to shape Siemens’ overall GTM approach for predictice maintenance
Working closely with regional marketing teams to grow Senseye’s market prescence.
Leading a shift towards a demand generation/content lead approach, including setting KPIs to align with overall business goals.
Regularly presenting to senior stakeholders about strategic and financial topics.
Lead the marketing integration from Senseye to Siemens, while keeping the day-to-day business running smoothly.
Being a key stakeholder in launching Senseye’s new Generative AI functionality globally, with a multi channel channel approach including a global press release, events, content, social media and more.

As part of the company’s leadership team, my role was to to set the marketing strategy and work with my team to implement it, in order to meet our pipeline and revenue goals.

Key achievements:

Implementing a new demand generation lead approach with a focus on pipeline creation and revenue instead of leads, MQLs etc.
This lead to increased pipeline month on month and quarter on quarter, despite 1 less team member and 40% decrease in marketing budget.
Senseye acquired by Siemens in June 2022.

Originally hired to be part of the existing marketing team, on my first day, I was instead asked to rebuild the marketing function from scratch, with a remit to shift the focus to an inbound, content and demand generation led approach.

Consignor merged with Unifaun in February 2021 to become nShift.

As an SME, my role was very much “hands on.” I managed Kahootz's day-to-day marketing operations, with a focus on the digital and content marketing strategy, with the ultimate goal of both increasing the number of users using the platform (a key revenue stream,) and growing the company’s brand visibility in the private sector.

During my time at Kahootz, I successfully completed 3 business critical projects simultaneously:

- CRM migration from HubSpot to Workbooks
- Launch of a new website
- Implementation of GDPR across our marketing contacts database
