I conduct deep research about the product and audit the existing KB. Then, I ideate the structure, map out the content, and write highly detailed tutorials featuring GIFs, images, and videos. Then, we work on standardizing the product language and improving the UI for a better UX.

My goal is to provide highly useful content for the customers to get the most out of the product,  reduce inbound contacts to the Customer Support team, and promote a self-serve mentality that enables scalability without compromising customer satisfaction.

I reviewed and improved the copywriting site-wide, in French, English and Spanish, optimized for SEO. 

I contributed with the graphic design (infographics, images, schemes) and introduced improvements in the UI/UX of the platform, that were put in practice after my departure.

I’ve realized something recently: I’m terrible at sharing wins.

Here’s how I’ve used AI as a non-coding marketer in the last 1 week alone.

1. Built a content assignment agent inside Notion AI.
It reads the article brief, pulls context from our workspace, and assigns the piece to the right writer via email.

➜ Took ~30 minutes to build.
➜ Saves me about 45-60 minutes every time we assign content.

2. Built a content brief generator using Claude.
It runs SERP analysis, identifies the dominant page type, analyzes top ranking pages for gaps, and pulls insights from our internal customer research and product documentation.

Then it produces a detailed brief + a working outline for the writer. First run accuracy: ~95%.

➜ Build time: ~1.5 hours.
➜ Time saved per article: ~1 hour.

3. Found broken tables and formatting issues across some of our highest-traffic blog posts.

Instead of manually checking everything, I built a quick script with Claude to scrape the entire blog and detect similar formatting issues.

➜ Took about 5 minutes to build.
➜ Instantly surfaced all pages that needed fixes, prioritized by traffic and conversion potential.
➜ Saved hours of manual QA.

4. Built a content cannibalization audit agent.
It scrapes a site, analyzes ranking keywords, detects overlap, and identifies pages competing for the same intent.

Then it recommends which pages should be merged, consolidated, or removed.

Started as a simple idea. Turned into something much more powerful than I expected.

➜ Took ~2 hours to build.
➜ Will likely save dozens of hours per project.

5. Built an internal linking agent.
It crawls the entire blog and maps source → target pages using a custom logic with ~10 different parameters.

Handles a lot of edge cases that typical tools miss.

Probably the smartest internal linking system I’ve personally used.

➜ Took around 6–8 hours across a few days.
➜ Will save 10–12+ hours every time we run it on a new project.

6. Currently working on an agent that automates listicle content production end-to-end.

From generating a first draft with customer insights and product positioning…
to adding screenshots, inserting internal links, and publishing directly to the CMS.

➜ Build time: about a week.
➜ Expected savings: ~$10k/month in production costs.

And you know what's crazy? Almost everything above was built solo.

What's crazier? I have zero coding background.

In my last agency role, we were working with a large B2B SaaS company that brought in a new director to oversee our SEO growth program.

He stepped into the engagement as our new point of contact and began reviewing everything: the technical audits, the strategy docs, all of it.

At one point, he pulled up a technical SEO audit and asked why we hadn’t prioritized certain 404 pages, addressed errors in Search Console, or resolved various site health issues.

From the way he framed the question, I could tell he was expecting a specific answer, something like:

“It’s on the roadmap”
“We’ve already handled it”
“It’s coming soon.”

But my response caught him off guard.

I said I hadn’t addressed those items because I didn’t believe they were important.

That may sound surprising, but my lens for technical SEO is straightforward: if an item isn’t clearly tied to a meaningful outcome, rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue, then it’s either very low priority or not a priority at all.

If something falls into the bucket of generic “best practice” or vague “site health” improvements without a clear impact, it doesn’t automatically earn attention.

So when 404 pages or Core Web Vitals came up, my position remained consistent: I wasn’t focusing there because that’s not where the leverage was.

There was plenty of back-and-forth, and the conversation was uncomfortable at first.

But eventually the point landed.

SEO is not a checklist.

It’s not about clearing every warning a crawler surfaces.

It’s about strategic judgment, knowing which actions will actually drive meaningful results.

As a strategist, your job is to create success for the client, not to blindly follow tools or generic best practices.

Don’t spend time, energy, or resources on work you don’t genuinely believe will move the needle.

One thing that drives me crazy with B2B companies is their obsession with tracking conversions on specific website pages.

They always want to know which page drove the most demos or which blog post converted best.

But I keep thinking: do you really believe someone bought your $12K, $16K, or $27K ACV product just because they read a single blog post once?

Maybe it happens, but it’s extremely rare.

Most B2B companies still miss a key point: buyers don’t convert because of one touchpoint. They convert because trust builds over time.

By the time someone fills out a demo form, they’ve likely seen your brand in many places. They’ve compared you with competitors, asked peers, and consumed several pieces of your content.

The page where the conversion appears in your CRM, maybe the pricing page, homepage, or a blog, is where demand was captured.

It’s not where the demand was created. And that difference matters a lot.

Conversions usually end up on pages like the homepage, pricing page, or demo page. But that doesn’t mean those pages are “better.”

They simply sit at the end of the buying journey.

Yes, attribution plays a role here. Using models like first-touch or linear is better than last-touch.

But it still doesn’t solve the core issue: B2B buying doesn’t fit neatly into a CRM model.

The journey is nonlinear. Any model that credits one page, or even several pages equally, will always distort reality.

That’s just a limitation of today’s technology.

So how should we measure SEO instead?

First, still track which pages convert, but treat it as a directional signal, not a final answer.

Look for patterns. For example, certain topic clusters may consistently show stronger intent.

Use that insight to guide future content priorities.

Second, measure SEO at the channel level.

Instead of asking which page closed the deal, ask bigger questions.

How many organic conversions came in this month?

Is the organic channel growing or declining?

Are we increasing brand visibility and demand capture?

That view aligns much better with how B2B buyers actually behave.

When you stop obsessing over individual pages or keywords, you can evaluate the real impact of SEO.

That’s how you win long term, by focusing on what matters and ignoring the noise.

How to control what LLMs say about your brand.

Most advice around AI search sounds the same.

→ Publish more content
→ Move faster
→ Be everywhere

But after looking at dozens of brands, I kept seeing the same pattern.

LLMs do care about recency.

But they care much more about consensus.

If the internet already tells a certain story about your brand, publishing more content doesn’t change much.

You’re just adding another drop to a very large bucket.

So instead of focusing on creating more, I started focusing on fixing what already exists.

I built a workflow that:
→ Audits brand mentions across the web
→ Scores how closely each mention matches your actual positioning
→ Prioritizes which ones are worth fixing first

The goal is simple.

Align the internet’s narrative about your brand.

Because that’s the story LLMs end up repeating.

I built the workflow using AirOps.

It pulls in Semrush data, analyzes the mentions with ChatGPT, and pushes everything into a Google Sheet where you get a prioritized list of what to fix first.

How to fix what LLMs say about your brand?

How do you use AI prompt tracking in driving actual revenue?

Here’s how in 6 steps:

Everyone’s excited about tracking AI search prompts.

And also completely confused about what any of it has to do with revenue.

So we’ve ended up with two extreme camps:

Camp 1: “Prompt tracking is useless.”
Camp 2: “Prompt tracking is everything, forget the rest of the funnel.”

I sit in the middle.

Prompt tracking can be useful.

But only if you make it conversion-led.

Guiding principle
Focus on the top 20% of pages that drive most conversions.
Then optimize for the AI prompts most closely tied to those pages.

Step 1) Identify what converts
Start with reality.

Which pages actually drive signups, demos, trials, sales, whatever “conversion” means for you?

If you don’t know this, you’re optimizing blind.

Step 2) Attribute conversions to pages

Connect conversions back to their originating pages.

A simple starting point: first-touch attribution.

You can get more advanced later.

But don’t skip the linking.

Step 3) Rank pages by impact

Now you’ve got a prioritized list.
Not “most traffic.”
Not “best rankings.”

Pages ranked by conversion impact.

This is where 80% of teams should stop and focus.

Step 4) Analyze search visibility

For those top pages, assess:
• What they rank for today (traditional search)
• What queries they already own
• What adjacent intents should they own

You’re building the bridge from proven performance → visibility.

Step 5) Translate keywords into AI prompts

High-intent keywords become conversational prompts.
“best X software for Y”
 → “What’s the best X for Y if I care about ___?”

“X vs Y”
 → “Should I choose X or Y for ___ use case?”

AI search is messy, human, and contextual. Your query set needs to reflect that.

Step 6) Map prompts to proven pages

This is the step most people miss.

Don’t just track prompts.

Track prompts → mapped to pages that already convert well.

That’s how you tie AI visibility to business value without making up dashboards.

If you have to focus on one thing to track, it’s this step.

The point isn’t to win AI search.

The point is to win AI search in the areas that already make you money.
