PSA: Start using AI today in your workday.

Random tasks that would have taken me 2-3 hours to finish before AI.

I only used Claude Desktop + Smartlead MCP and Smartlead API today.

1. Update the text of a 3 email body subsequence across 16 different subsequences.
Without AI: Probably an hour.
With AI: 15 minutes. 🦾 

And only because Smartlead's MCP endpoint for changing the text in the email body of a sequence is bugged inside their MCP and doesn't work. 

So I had to figure out why it didn't work for like 10 minutes.

After that Claude wrote the script for the .json and the shell script to run this from my terminal. 

2. Remove a few inboxes connected to 8 different campaigns by mistake.
Without AI: Probably 20 minutes
With AI: 2 minutes 🦾 

3. Change the lead category from Interested to Meeting Requested to 40 leads in Smartlead.
Without AI: 45-50 minutes
With AI: 3 minutes 🦾 

One of our automations failed 2 days ago, so I had to suddenly finish these before our client wakes up on the west coast and my day ends.

These are totally random basic manual tasks that poped up during the day that got removed as fast as they showed up today.

This isn't even scratching the surface of all the things being done with the help of AI.

So start small, but please, start today, there is no reason not to in 2026.

Quick question for all the agency operators and ops nerds out there:

Knowledge hub in Notion or ClickUp?

Here's my dilemma:

We use ClickUp for all our tasks, projects, and planning.

But I'm a Notion person at heart.
I've only ever built knowledge hubs in Notion.

So now I'm wondering:

• Should an agency have one single source of truth?

Or does separating the knowledge hub actually give it more weight?

I keep going back and forth.

Calling all operations people and agency builders to help me out here.
