He guided the company to a significant milestone of $25M in revenue for 2022. This result was a testament to the commitment and strategic agility of the team at Recruiter.com, which now serves hundreds of clients and has a community of over 3 million social media members.

Miles led expansion by strategically acquiring relevant players in the job board, HR, recruiting, staffing, and RPO industries, including Mediabistro, Scouted, OneWire, Recruiting Social, and Novo Group. He has facilitated various investment rounds, partnering with angel investors, private equity, hedge funds, and investment banking institutions to ensure the sustainable growth of Recruiter.com.

A lawyer by education and entrepreneur by trade, I'm passionate about pioneering initiatives that will change the way we live. 

I've dedicated my career to driving the use of technology that not only discovers and harnesses exceptional talent but also transforms and redefines the very nature of work. From building and successfully exiting a talent technology company to spearheading the leading research firm in the space, my path has been marked by a relentless drive to innovate. My tenure at an RPO, combining people, process, and technology to elevate service delivery, further cemented my commitment to this cause.

Beyond founding and running companies, I have also been an active investor in the work technology sector. My contributions go beyond financial investments; I provide strategic guidance, serve on boards, and offer advisory support.
