During the internship, took on an active role as a Junior Product Manager, leading the development of a multi-modular Enterprise Resource Planning software.

Responsibilities included:
- Leadership & Collaboration: Led a cross-functional team, ensuring smooth collaboration between the design and development team for feature delivery.
- Product Development: Managed the product backlog, aligning tasks with project goals and ensuring timely feature delivery. - Feature Launch: Planned and executed the launch of new features, including creating launch presentations, onboarding documentation, and user surveys.

-Out of 3.000 applicants (acceptance rate less than 0.6%), was accepted to become a part of the new Post Idea Fellowship cohort with the Disby Dating App Startup.
- Attended a two month active program that was focused on all things regarding Startup growth and fundraising.
-Actively mentored by Laura Raggl, the Managing Partner of ROI VENTURES (angel investor group located in Vienna, Austria).

Hired to lead a comprehensive redesign and redevelopment of the mobile application for Faktor.ba, one of the most popular news portals in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Technical Description:
- Redesigned and rebuilt the entire mobile app from scratch in Flutter collaborating with cross-functional and executive stakeholders, resulting in a complete app transformation and 95% reduction in app crashes.
- Technical Challenges included integrating WebView JavaScript function callbacks with the Dart engine. 

Product Description:
- Implemented customer-desired and competitor offered features, increasing number of DAUs by 30%,  MAUs by 39% and transforming app's very low average rating to above 4.5 stars.

Disby - Where Balkan Meets

Disby was the first Mobile App Startup that allowed expatriates who are originally from Western-Balkan Region find a love partner.

Notable Achievements:
- Accepted into one of the leading German Startup Accelerators - EWOR (acceptance rate less than 0.6%) in February of 2023.

Product Description:
- Scaled the user base to over 10.000 registered members, predominantly from Germany, USA, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Consistently secured Top 5 rankings on Google Search, App Store, and Google Play for 'diaspora dating' keywords across most EU countries.
- Executed a wide variety of dynamic growth strategy, incorporating both free and paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, alongside influencer collaborations.
- Applied data-driven methodologies to continually refine the application, enhancing user experience based on comprehensive feedback and analytics.

Technical Description:
Designed and developed a full-stack mobile app solution.
- Developed the frontend of the app using Flutter (MVVM pattern).
- Developed the backend in Python - Flask (Monolithic Structure) and deployed via a CI/CD pipeline to AWS EC2.
- Utilised MongoDB as the primary database and Firebase Realtime Database for the realtime chat mechanism.

Technical Description:
- Developed the frontend of the game using Swift and SpriteKit Framework
- Implemented realtime multiplayer gameplay mechanics using the Firebase Realtime Database.
- Monetised the app through In-App Purchases & Ads (Admob & AppLovin)
