Posting Content Examples:

You’ll spot "Posting Content" when it makes you feel:

1. Responsible
2. Patient
3. Like you’re doing the work

You’ll spot "Waiting Content" when you FEEL:

1. Calm
2. Safe
3. Busy but stuck

But the feeling is different in real life:

People see your posts.
Some follow.

Almost nobody messages you.

Not because the content is bad.
Because nothing tells them what to do next.

This is where most founders get stuck.

They think posting creates momentum.
They expect interest to turn into action.
They wait for the right DM to arrive.

It rarely does.

So weeks pass.
The calendar stays empty.
And LinkedIn starts to feel pointless.

I hear that all the time and I understand it so well.

Almost every time, the issue isn’t the post...
It’s what happens before and after it.

LinkedIn doesn’t reward one good idea.
It rewards momentum.

The people you see everywhere now didn’t suddenly figure it out.
They built familiarity first.

They replied when nobody replied back.
They started conversations that didn’t convert.
They showed up when there was no signal to proceed.

I’ve run LinkedIn for founders and coaches who were convinced the platform was random or rigged.

It wasn’t.

They just hadn’t been visible long enough for trust to form.

Posts that “go viral” are standing on weeks or months of groundwork.

By the time a post hits, the audience already knows who’s speaking.

That’s the part most people skip.

Yes, it takes time.
More than most want to give.

But if you would get as little as 1-client per month from LinkedIn, you would be way way more active on it.

Views turn into profile visits.
Visits turn into conversations.
Conversations turn into calls.

All because people recognize you.

Day 1: 0 clients.
Day 30: still 0 clients, maybe few calls.
Day 90: 5 clients and consistent qualified calls

This is the reality of building a pipeline on LinkedIn.

But most founders throw in the towel at day 30.

They quit because they’ve been fed this fairytale about "inbound."
They think it’s supposed to look like this:

- Write a clever post
- Get 50 likes, 25 comments.
- Wake up to a full calendar.
- 5 invoices paid in full.

It doesn't work like that. At all.

People are failing here because they mistake silence for a "dead" market.

They assume that if the phone isn't ringing today, the content isn't working.

They start telling themselves:

1. “This is just a massive time suck.”
2. “My offer doesn't work on this platform.”
3. "There isn't a single reader out there.”

Wrong.
You’re just missing the middle part: The trust gap.

A CEO or a Business Owner isn't going to buy from you because of one "viral" post.

They buy because of a sequence of tiny moments where you proved you knew your stuff.

That’s why:

- Showing your face actually matters.
- Having a "hot take" on your industry matters.
- Sending a DM that doesn't feel like a robot matters.
- Not panicking when a lead goes cold matters.
- Staying in their line of sight every single week matters.

The big fish? The $5k++ retainers?

They’ve been watching you for months.
They don't like. They don't comment. They just observe.

If you’re out there posting and starting chats but the calendar feels light...

Good.
The "silent" phase is where the real money is made.

The only way to lose is to stop before the silent watchers are ready to talk.

But look, I know you’ve got a business to run.
You don't have 4 hours a day to "engage" and play the LinkedIn game manually.

Profiles getting empty views.

A client who came from LinkedIn without chasing.
A DM that turned into a call without a pitch.
A week where things just moved without friction.

None of this needs to be invented.
It already exists inside your work.

The issue is not a lack of ideas or effort.
It’s that LinkedIn is sitting on top of everything else instead of being set up to run alongside it.

It should just become part of how clients find you.

If LinkedIn feels heavier than it should right now, change.

I trusted the advice from the "influencers" of LinkedIn. It turns out they are only selling garbage to people's mind.

Literally all the people who follow what they said make 0.

- post consistently
- trust the process
- let inbound happen

sounds patient. looks mature.
also… nothing moved.

here’s what was really going on:

people saw my posts.
some even followed.
almost nobody reaches out.

not because the content was bad.
because nothing told them to move.

People mess this part up:

1. they think posting creates momentum
2. they expect interest to turn into action
3. they wait for the “right” DM to arrive
4. they assume silence means timing

it usually doesn’t.

so weeks pass and the pipeline doesnt improve.

Stop outsourcing momentum.

Just present at god's will.

Someone has to make the first move.
