With 39 years of experience at IBM, Didier held strategic leadership roles on a global scale, driving innovation in close collaboration with IBM's research labs. His work spanned the entire innovation cycle, from conception to operational execution, harnessing collaboration and social networks to foster groundbreaking technological advancements. He led multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategies, engaging a broad network of colleagues and channeling their contributions into relevant business units.
