Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer

Growth Tribe Academy

My journey at Growth Tribe continued as a Global IT Director. 

This position allowed me to be more focused on the medium and long term vision of the company. 

In close collaboration with the co-founders, we started to work on a more EdTech vision of putting technology at the service of learning. 
To do this, we built knowledge graphs to map the ontology and all the learning traces of our users. 

This pipeline of data mining and machine learning allows us to make the user experience more customised and closer to their expectations but also to help trainers and Opts to better manage and prepare courses. 
As well as understanding and improving heterogeneous and homogeneous learning groups to facilitate the smooth running of the course.

The arrival of COVID-19 forced us to move our courses exclusively online and to apply our EdTech vision to digitalise our Wow moment. 
To achieve this we co-created with the product team the "Learning path" which is accompanied by an environment for assessing knowledge, a LMS (Learning management system), LRS (Learning Record Store) and a semi-supervised learning system (Data Minning, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing) for the recommendation and customisation of courses. 

To achieve this challenge I recruited a team of 4 developers and 2 data-scientists

Global IT Director

I joined Growth Tribe as a lead developer in order to create an internal resource management tool for the Head Quarter as well as all European entities (Denmark, Sweden, France, UK, Finland, Netherlands) in order to manage their day to day activities.

Our core business was to dispatch our trainers all over Europe according to the requests and the typologies of courses.
This tool included a resource planning module, invoicing, cost control and expert knowledge of our trainers.

Our back-office has been an important lever in the strong growth of Growth Tribe (15 employees to +120). The centralisation of business processes at the heart of the system has enabled us to replicate and industrialise our products throughout Europe.

In order to ensure the continuity of the service, I have put together a team of 3 developers to expand our business processes and their automation.

J’ai intégré la naissante société Tapastreet lors d’un stage. Mes missions furent variées. J’ai eu la responsabilité de recruter et guider l'équipe de développement tout au long de mon alternance. J’ai été en charge de la création d'une architecture puissante et modulaire pour la collecte de données de réseaux sociaux (Twitter, Instagram) et de son API pour les applications tierces. Au cours d’un projet européen FP7 favorisant les transferts de technologie, j’ai travaillé en étroite collaboration avec des scientifiques français et irlandais sur des  projets innovants de R&D (voir ci- après).
