•	Partnered with UK&I Sales leaders on a performance management program Sept-Dec 2022 and co-wrote and co-delivered performance management training to UK&I Sales leaders in Sept 2022. 
Coaching: 
•	Successfully coached and mentored leadership teams across all levels, from experienced Senior directors to first-time people managers, to raise their people management capability.
Change programs:
•	Successfully delivered a job change program for 12 people across the UK, Germany and France, which included collaboration with Legal to review local risks, set rationale for changes and collaborate with senior leaders across regions to communicate the change.

Policy and procedures:
•	Successfully re-built and delivered sickness absence management in the Netherlands in collaboration with Well-being, Legal and business leaders, which resulted in significant savings to the business (over £100k) and improved knowledge base for the HR ecosystem.

Centrica

Specialised in workforce planning and delivery of change programs for 20,000 geographically dispersed teams in the UK.
Forged rewarding relationships with directors, senior and mid-level business leaders, HR leaders, CoEs, and internal and external Legal teams. Prepared and ran HR initiatives whilst successfully managing ER/people issues and providing coaching and upskilling to all levels of business leaders.
Change programs:
•	Managed voluntary redundancy program in Ireland from a consultancy perspective along with senior and mid-level management and HR Partner. Prepared the project from legal and operational perspectives, coached and upskilled managers and co-led on communications strategy.
•	Coordinated complex support for British Gas individual consultation program on changes to terms and conditions for a region with 1,500 engineers in scope, alongside a two-month strike and ACAS negotiations in Feb-April 2021. Offered practical advice to leadership regarding legal and operational matters, reviewed consultation documentation, answered 5,000 questions with 4o% related to engineers' working conditions, and dealt with appeals.
Org design:
•	Co-led organisational design to meet transformation principles and legal and operational requirements and delivered a successful redundancy program with director-level senior stakeholders in Energy Marketing & Trading in the UK and Denmark.
•	Co-defined and executed mid- to long-term people strategy following a change of commercial strategy for British Gas Business Services, spanning customer contact, sales and engineers’ populations. 
Coaching:
•	Acted as a trusted adviser and coach to leadership teams across all levels from experienced Senior Directors to first-time people managers. Provided practical ER support for confidential employee relations matters.
Talent management:
•	Built and ran the tech apprenticeship program from conception to delivery for the technology community across Centrica for 2021 and beyond.

Human Resources Consultant

Delivered expert employee relations advice to stakeholders at all levels within the UK population of 20,000 employees, complying with current legislative changes and company policy. Identified and carried out risk management within the complex and unionised environment. 
Employee Relations:
•	Specialised in overseeing 35-40 transformation-related cases, including grievances, appeals, internal Speak Up complaints, early conciliations, and employment tribunal claims related to site closure, role removals and reductions, realignment, contractual issues, and inconsistency of ways of working.
•	Successfully ran 40-45 complex ER cases at any given time, including disciplinaries, investigations, appeals, grievances (individual & collective), complex absence and performance management, early conciliations, settlements and employment tribunals.
Policy and training:
•	Established processes and procedures for ER team: Suicide guide for UK population intended for ER Managers, researched and written from scratch with the support of a Subject Matter Expert from Occupational Health Partners, and training session delivered.

Employee Relations Manager

Pentagon HR

Provided onsite & offsite outsourced HR support for clients base consisting of 14 SMEs across different sectors (marketing, finance, e-commerce, office space, automotive & transport, and retail). Acted as company’s first point of contact alongside Pentagon HR MD for all Managing Directors / CEOs of client businesses. Led and developed team consisting of four HR Administrators, one of which became junior HR Advisor in March 2018. 

Key Contributions:
- Administered complex, high volume ER cases for half of client base across entire spectrum of issues and provided support to Consultants with clients’ ER queries. Oversaw 40-45 ER cases monthly and 20-30 generalist HR queries (contractual, payroll, holiday) that were dealt with by the team.

HR Advisor / Consultant

GEODIS

Provided operational support to HR Manager, L&D Manager, and business managers on various HR queries such as training needs, ER, and recruitment. Aided in delivery of small & large- scale redundancy project (+/- 23 people) and due diligence review for inward TUPE transfer (20 employees). Co-developed, tested, and executed management of incoming HR software.

Key Contributions:
- Assisted with centralising recruitment processes, including supplier selection, T&Cs negotiations, and agreeing ways of working.

HR Assistant at Geodis Distribution & Express

Ardmore Language Schools

Spearheaded recruitment, HR, and payroll operations, including recruitment of 600+ temporary staff for summer courses (50% employees from overseas). Streamlined payroll procedures and introduced auto-enrolment pension for seasonal staff in 2015, along with accounts department. Promoted from Recruitment Manager (Maternity Cover) to Assistant Operations Manager (HR Generalist).

Key Contributions:
- Oversaw budget of £1.1m and attained reduction of £100K.
- Enhanced retention of staff by 20%.
- Decreased costs by 75% by bringing in pre-season inhouse training.
- Developed bespoke recruitment and HR software for company and project managed delivery and embedment of it in 2016.
