Developed and implemented global communication plans and media messaging for the CEO, senior global leadership team and key business areas (Diversity and Inclusion, Financial Services, Consulting, Consumer Business and Technology); advised executives and Deloitte local offices around the world on brand messaging to ensure consistency. 

▶︎ KEY RESULTS: Led the creation and roll out of global research campaigns to promote awareness among clients and key stakeholders such as the annual Millennial Survey and Corporate Governance Women on Boards report;
- Provided executive visibility counsel to Deloitte Global CEO and senior leadership for strategic partnerships such as the World Economic Forum program, which generated 20 media interviews  leading to relationships and coverage in top-tier international press including: Forbes, Reuters, Fortune, Quartz and Bloomberg;
- Proactive and reactive media relations, including devising outreach strategies for Deloitte firms globally, media pitching, handling press inquiries, hosting interviews, prepping senior spokespeople, social media content development and campaign result reporting; 
- Managed all vendor relationships including agency and media distribution services.

Managed the PR activity for the corporate finance team in Deloitte’s London office; teams included: M&A Advisory, Restructuring Services, Transaction Services (M&A) and Forensic and Dispute Services. 

▶︎ KEY RESULTS: Developed and implemented PR plans in line with the firm’s objectives;
- Drafted and issued proactive and reactive press commentary on matters affecting the corporate finance teams’ clients; 
- Managed and developed crisis communications as the firm’s media spokesperson on all bankruptcy appointments; worked with senior partners to develop key messages and brief the media on sensitive issues such as job losses and company closures;
- Sourced new opportunities for the corporate finance team to engage the national, broadcast and trade media.
