Our branch office setup and approach got recognised in the 2018 Aegon Global Awards as top 3 finalist in the category "Best Improvement" of the year.

As integration team we embrace the concurrency of initiatives and rapid global change, and drive successful outcome. As strategic liaison between the US/UK based AEGON Global IT organisation and the business responsible to understand the (global) business, manage the budget meetings, assist in the prioritization of projects, align organization and processes, manage escalations, ensure that projects align with the technology that best provides maximum return on investment, and direct IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy. In this role I am responsible for Aegon The Netherlands, Asset Management (nl), TKP Investments and seven countries in Central & Eastern Europe; Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine. In addition I am leading a global initiative to improve the effectiveness of diversity worldwide.

- Responsible for merging 10 service management tool instances into one central US hosted BMC Remedy instance.
