I served as a dedicated internal performance coach to the enterprise sales teams of LinkedIn's largest line of business accounting for over $500m in revenue. 

Leveraging a unique multi-disciplinary approach steeped in change management and design thinking, I partnered with the business to define and address systemic challenges. This built the organization's capacity to reduce risk and optimize for both near- and long-term effectiveness, engagement, and well-being.
