Global brand manager for Amyvid
• Global brand manager supporting the launch of Amyvid, a radiopharmaceutical diagnostic for the detection of Alzheimer’s Disease
• Created brand strategy and go to market strategy for Amyvid in major EU countries
• Conducted primary market research (segmentation, core message, positioning, key player objectives, pricing and willingness to pay)
• Manage staff of 2 and $3.2M budget

Innovations Consultant

Short term assignment (1 year) in China to develop the consumer marketing strategy and campaigns for Cialis in China.  Conducted core insights, white card and foundational consumer market research.  Developed multi-channel campaign; internet, mobile, print and PR.  Website traffic increased 1000%, awareness increased by 150% and patient brand request increased by 28%.

At end of assignment, sales had grown 186% from '09 with a 7% SOM gain from a flat to declining SOM prior to joining the team.  Managed 2 Brand Managers

Worked as the global brand manager for Cialis a 1.6B drug that treats erectile dysfunction.  Developed the brand strategy for Cialis in addition to developing life cycle plans, generic response strategies including Rx to OTC business case development, line extension work and market analysis.

•	Built the infrastructure and department processes for an outbound CRM call center that was currently being insourced from 3rd party vendor					                   
•	Developed the business case for insourcing while providing operational oversight of current third party outsource group
•	Managed two inside sales person – inside sales achieved 145% of plan
•	Managed 4 people & budget of $8.4M

Group Operations Manager

Roche Diagnostics - Canada

Short term assignment (16 months) in Montreal, Canada.  Led the marketing for 5 products within Roche's Diabetes unit including glucometer and all internet and technology products.  Reversed share decline and grew the business by 5 share points during my assignment.  Managed the largest mutli-channel consumer campaign in Roche Canada.  TV, Internet, Radio, traditional print.
Additionally, led the launch work for the first line extension to the Accu-Chek Compact meter.  Managed 2 people.

Brand Manager

•	Managed the marketing of ACCU-CHEK® products through the retail/ HCP channel.  Extensive engagement with Fortune 50 retailers and health care professionals
•	Grew share by 3.8% in a declining market
•	Developed messaging campaigns, led sales meetings and created all sales materials
•	Managed $3.1 million pharmacy messaging program which required extensive work with partner company (NDC) on software design, reporting requirements and validation work.
•	Developed first pharmacy messaging program by utilizing terminal messaging to encourage switch based upon copay differential

Sr. Account Executive

Nick leads the marketing and marketing consulting departments for SchoolMint.  In this role, he is responsible for leading the team that delivers all of the demand and lead generation for the company including digital (website, SEO, PPC, content), event/conference marketing, outbound marketing, sales tools/collateral, public relations, and all marketing operations and automation.

Before his time at SchoolMint, Nick founded a boutique school marketing consulting firm, Bright Minds Marketing.  SchoolMint acquired Bright Minds Marketing in April of 2021.

Nick’s first introduction to education started when he was appointed by then-governor Pence to lead the Indiana Charter School Board.  During his time at the ICSB, he led all expansion and lobbying efforts resulting in a 40% increase in charter applications and securing dedicated funding by the Indiana state budget to support the expansion of adult high schools throughout the state.

Earlier in his career, Nick was a global marketing executive with Eli Lilly and Roche Diagnostics where he served in several brand management and marketing roles.  He was selected to serve two overseas assignments in China and Canada and was part of the team that grew Cialis to a 1 billion dollar brand and overtook the market leader in that space.
