When you tag someone (or 30 people...) and they don't engage, LinkedIn sees that as a sign that you're spamming.

Tagged people and brands are the first to see your post because they're getting a notification. 

If they ignore it, LinkedIn thinks your content is irrelevant to your audience.

If they engage, great! LinkedIn sees that you understand your audience and will show your post to more people.

Tag wisely...

"My audience isn't on LinkedIn." You sure about that?

Cause my third fastest-growing company page is a construction company.

Yes, if you're targeting sales or marketing, you'll have a huge audience here. But you're also going to have way more competition for those eyeballs.

Your audience may not be actively posting here, but that doesn't mean they're not consuming content.

Give LinkedIn a try. You may be surprised.
