Dave has worked in the Tech and Retail/eCommerce industry for 15 years, across Big Tech and startups. With a passion for creativity, culture and commerce.

At Meta, Dave helped grow the world’s leading brands like HUEL, Alibaba, LEGO, Very and Gymshark. 

At TikTok he led the Retail and eCommerce Lifestyle team, overseeing the growth of the likes of The Hut Group, Wonderskin, P.Louise, Wild, Represent, SharkNinja, Essence Vault and hundreds more. 

A keynote speaker across notable conferences like eComm Live, Dublin Tech Summit, IRX, eCommerce Expo, NextMBA. Recently inducted to the Performance Marketing World Powerlist 2025.

As Founder at Digilearning (UK Charity), I am on a mission to reach one million young people by 2028 driven by my belief digital should be the fourth pillar of education. I am passionate about making change and deem technology to be society's greatest equalizer.

Remember the library computer? It was my haven spending hours searching for books -  that’s when it began, my love for technology. Growing up as the poorest family on the estate, I now realise it was a virtue. Only when I started to believe in myself and had courage to step outside my comfort zone that my journey began. I founded my first agency 2001, aged 22 before digital went mainstream and helped many global brands build their digital footprint. After attracting investment, creating one of the leading female digital publishers and scaling my existing agency Digiwoo, one of the early social media agencies, I was named a top 100 entrepreneur. I realised my motivation lay in empowering people with digital skills to make a difference. 

I work with some of the coolest brands and people on the planet; Hewlett Packard, British Airways, Goldman Sachs, Panasonic & Ted Baker, from June Sarpong CBE, Shaa Wasmund MBE to MOBO Awards founder Kanya King CBE. 

I have a passion for inclusivity and in particular females being a founding team member for June Sarpong’s WIE in the UK and co-founding Digital Leading Ladies, a group of forward thinking ladies in technology. Yep life's a hoot and I am also lucky enough to mentor for Google & Virgin as well as being a Marketing Academy Alumni and a Marketing Academy Apprenticeship Charity Trustee.
