I have years of experience collaborating with clients--from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies--on creative design, illustration, motion design, and UX; executing innovative and engaging visual solutions so that they can delight their customers, increase sales, and create lifelong brand advocates. 

I am certified in Leading SAFe 5.0 and POPM 6, and a graduate of the Google UX Certification program, resulting in two mobile apps and websites, following the UX design process from research to testing.

Some highlights from my varied creative career: 

- Built out strategic partnership campaigns for Farmers Insurance consisting of multiple deliverables that increased brand awareness, lead generation, and click-rate by 10% for the target demographic via Affinity groups and employer-sponsored channels.

- Implemented HTML5 banner animations for a fast rebrand of MetLife assets. The ‘Parking’ banner ad increased the click rate by 23%. 

- Launched an HTML5 Google Ad submission documentation, enhancing team efficiency by 25%.

- Led the Farmers' design team on an illustration brand style guide and built out assets for our internal teams, saving hours spent creating new assets.

- Directed the same team on best practices for Adobe InDesign, with a supplemental guide created for future reference, saving hours spent on tutorials.
