 ► Executive-level ownership of the 3-year EMEA product roadmap for the Platform and Portfolio (hardware and software integration for Xbox Live features such as Achievements, Messaging, Avatars, 3rd party Apps and paid/free value propositions). 
 ► Defined and drove the product value proposition for EMEA, end-to-end product strategy and execution to deliver targets and redefine what the next generation of entertainment & gaming means to consumers.
 ► Key point of contact for key external partners involved in Platform initiatives such as the Interactive World Cup (FIFA, Adidas, Samsung, Toshiba).

 ► Repositioning of value proposition to specific target audiences, business & market challenges resulting in unique product roadmap for EMEA in a $1.5B a year business line.
