 ► Owner and leader of the Global Product Vision, guiding cross-functional teams including Market/Business Insights, R&D, Product Management, UX & Design, Sales & Marketing teams.

Key Goal; Hardware market and product planning for first Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox One over full end-to-end life cycle. Optimise regional success by effective GTM strategy and operationalising hardware ecosystem, accessories portfolio and platform-related business objectives. 

 ► Executive-level ownership of the 3-year EMEA product roadmap for the Platform and Portfolio (hardware and software integration for Xbox Live features such as Achievements, Messaging, Avatars, 3rd party Apps and paid/free value propositions). 
 ► Defined and drove the product value proposition for EMEA, end-to-end product strategy and execution to deliver targets and redefine what the next generation of entertainment & gaming means to consumers.
 ► Key point of contact for key external partners involved in Platform initiatives such as the Interactive World Cup (FIFA, Adidas, Samsung, Toshiba).

Key Achievements:

 ► Repositioning of value proposition to specific target audiences, business & market challenges resulting in unique product roadmap for EMEA in a $1.5B a year business line.
 ► Managed full end-to-end lifecycle, go-to-market and operational effectiveness.
 ► 20M consoles & 30M accessories sold during tenure, bucking the life-cycle trend in the category with 50% of volume directly attributable to personally developed product strategies and go to market programs.
