I am an international motivational speaker. I have been motivating audiences for the last 14 years and have worked with some major organisations such as AIG Insurance, Covetrus, PWC, SKY and Tottenham Hotspur’s Football Club along with speaking in over 500 schools, colleges and universities.

I’ve had the honour in that time of empowering over 100,000 people and I’m still going strong.

15 years in the speaking industry taught me one thing…

Your voice is more powerful than your fears.

Here’s the best public speaking advice I can give anyone who wants to step on stage:

1. Clarity beats charisma - You don’t need to be the loudest or the funniest, you just need to be understood. Speak with intention, not performance.

2. Stories win hearts; structure wins minds - A great story makes them feel you. A clear structure makes them follow you. Combine both methods.

3. Reps > confidence - Confidence doesn’t come before you speak. It comes because you speak.
The more you speak, the better you become.

4. Purpose kills fear - When your message becomes bigger than your nerves, the nerves lose their power.

5. Don’t chase perfection, chase connection - Perfect speakers are forgettable. Authentic speakers are undeniable.

WOW.

People are doing everything except being themselves.

Meanwhile me?

Not jumping off rooftops.
Not pretending to cry for “motivation”.
Not renting a Lamborghini for story time.
Not filming with a ring light at 3am whispering “rise and grind”.

I’m not built for that.
And honestly… neither is my integrity.

Here’s the truth:

Real content hits harder than staged confidence.

People don’t want a performance, they want a person.

Someone relatable, someone genuine.

Someone whose message still lands when the camera’s off.

So if you ever see me doing some wild, out of character nonsense online…

Just know:

My account’s been hacked.
Call the police.
Ring my mum.
Do something. 😂
