Yoga Alliance

A devout lover of yoga Deirdre is teaching Vinyasa flow 3 years and is dedicated to her own practice of yoga daily. Her classes aim to inspire positive health practices,  uplift, energize and rejuvenate. She is the creator of her own website www.deemckenna.com a consultation service for business on workplace wellness strategy, experiential workshops, breathe and stretch workshops for the office worker and micro break solutions for work. Deirdre also offers classses online via zoom .
