I used to think corporate meeting culture was bullshit.

Then the last 3 months happened.

And I realised I was wrong about something important.

October through December was chaos for me. The kind where you're moving so fast you forget to breathe.

I invested in 2 early-stage startups (still figuring out if that was smart or stupid).

Closed 20 new clients for Parox Media

Offboarded a few who weren't the right fit anymore.

Lost some important things in my personal life that I'm still processing.

And somewhere in all of that noise, I had a crisis,

Am I a LinkedIn ghostwriter? 
Or am I building a video production company? 

What the hell am I actually doing?
Classic founder identity crisis.

But what changed my mind about meetings, 

When everything feels like it's spinning out of control, structure becomes oxygen.
