Build three options, critique them, and improve the best one. 

This is where iteration happens. 
You're not accepting first drafts, you're refining until it's right.

Level 4: The Master

Lost some important things in my personal life that I'm still processing.

But what changed my mind about meetings,

I'm not saying I love hour long meetings with no agenda, still hate those.

But I've started to appreciate the ritual of showing up for people.

Of blocking time to think together instead of just reacting alone.
Of using conversation to cut through the noise in my own head.

Maybe that's what corporate meeting culture was always supposed to be.

Just humans trying to figure shit out together.
Anyway, that's where I'm at.

Still messy. Still figuring it out. Still building.

But at least now I show up to my calendar invites without resentment.
